I make foto calenders to our grandparents for 5 years from albelli, I'm really happy with quick service and quality. There are many temples which are very easy to use. I will continue to buy my calenders with you guys, thank you :)

Ordered a mug with print and is already discoloring and even flaking after two months of use.
Not happy with this inferior printing.

EDIT: After being contacted by Albelli customer support I got a free reprinted mug sent to me, hopefully this one will last longer :)

The major thing about which their service can boast about, didn’t work quite well. Too limited options for customization. I wanted smth special for the present. Didn’t get it, though.

As always quick execution of order. Photobooks are great way of sharing memories other than on your mobile device.

I bought a voucher to create a fotobook for 95 Euros. I missed the time frame to create it and there was no grace to prolong it for two days and they never sent a reminder until when I have time to create it! But instead the whole time hundreds of emails to make advertisement!!

Avoid this service, total rubbish. Ordered Christmas presents on 6 December, with delivery by today 19 December. I have received no update that the order would be delayed. Today I logged in (surprised that I didn’t get a delivery notice since it is the last day) and the system says the order is delayed. There is no new delivery date. I am trying to call customer service to cancel my order as I won’t be needing the Christmas presents after Christmas, but no one is answering the customer service number. Thanks for nothing, this service is a total con and to be avoided at all costs!

Ordered 20 Christmas cards on the 1st of December. 10 days later it's still 'in production' without any indication on the delivery. At the time of order the supposed date of delivery was the 6th of December. Tried to contract the customer support through chat and Messenger but couldn't get a human being on the chat. The phone menu didn't work. I believe this is probably on purpose. Don't believe their promises on delivery, or better; never ever order something on their websites. I know I won't be tempted anymore by one of their brutal discounts and promotional offerings for a nonexisting service.

/update after the feedback;
I've been trying to contact customer support for days already. Even this morning, again (on Messenger): no response at all, no new status updates at all.
