Tour itinerary was advertised with plenty of my time unfortunately that didn’t happen. The accommodation was not consistent. We were all told we would have lake views at Lake Stresa accommodation and that didn’t happen so very disappointing. Some of the restaurant meals were not that great not a variety on offer.

Thank you, Michael and Sharon, for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that there were several aspects of your tour that did not meet your expectations, particularly your experience with Cristina, the accommodation and some of the restaurant meals.
I’d genuinely like to understand more about your experience and the comments you have both raised. In particular, I’m curious about your feedback regarding the amount of free time, as the itinerary does include an entire free day in Tuscany along with some other opportunities within the tour. I’d be interested to understand how this compared with what you were expecting and where you felt the opportunity for personal time was lacking.
I’d also appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened with the accommodation at Lake Stresa and the expectations around lake views, as well as your experiences with the meals and the support provided by Cristina. Hearing more detail from you would help us understand whether there are areas where we could have communicated more clearly or where the tour itself could have been better delivered.
