Happy that I finally took the step of getting a microbiome test to understand what is happening in my gut. I had two areas that needed to work on. I chose Alba Health because of the team's credibility and their research. I stick with Alba because I use their app every day to track each meal by fiber and other amounts. It nudges me to do better each day, and I feel like a healthier, happier version of myself.

It was helpful and a nice experience to talk to a person instead of a machine.

She perfectly expained every key aspect of my gut health report and guided me onto the next steps to improve my gut health and eczema.
I am very positive this will bring great results and excited to see improvements in the next months.

Hygienic disaster! They do a lot of business making with Webbinaries. What they teach is all about the importance of prebiotica, but they pack it in such a glorious package that looks like a miracle. It is not a miracle. Anyone could do their own research in bacteria stems and what they are good for, and find out it's prebiotica and start their own "programme". The worst thing, which is why I give them this low rating is they sell a "programme" that seems to involve sending personal waste (stool samples) through public mail. Because of how general logistics works, and parcels sometimes break and the fact that there could be someone's food upon the very same pallet in the truck, is honestly disgusting. Only legitimated doctors should be allowed to take stool samples and only in approved laboratories!

Great experience from beginning to end. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Very professionally done. And the follow-up meeting with a nutritionist to interpret results was so beneficial and practical.

We’d exhausted all options before I found alba. My son suffered with severe eczema since 5 months old and was still suffering when we came across at Alba Health when he was 15 months old. I found the process really easy and even though the test results take time to arrive, you can easily track on the app and get up to date times for when the results will be processed. I found the results very easy to understand and a really insightful way to see what’s happening! The 30 minute consultation was great and helped to really pave a way to put the results into action. The advisor part of the app has also been amazing for quick advice, recipe ideas and how to improve current dishes on rotation! I’m happy to say after a diet change and a probiotic chosen from his results he is now eczema free and I can’t believe it! Can’t thank the team enough and it’s the best money we have ever spent!

Appalingly juvenile level of insight. Not worth the time, money or hassle. Really insanely behind the curve as to where microbiome science is at. Recommending multiple foods to me which I have already told you I tested allergic to. "Eat more fibre, sleep and exercise more" is not worth the digital paper those words are printed on. Extremely disappointed. Want my money back on the second test which there is absolutely no point in taking, given the pathetic quality and depth of "results" and "actions" provided here.

Got this test done with high hopes for my baby's eczema but nothing changed. Have been giving the recommended probiotics, other supplements and diet regime but no use. Wish I did some other test.

Easy process to return the test. Results, report and follow up call with a nutritionist were excellent. Now underway with a missing gut bacteria pro-biotic and already feeling improvements.

Completed my sample back in May 26. Today I had my follow up call with Tanya. She explained my results so well and answered the questions I put to her with great knowledge, but also made me feel understood and heard. We formulated a plan going forward and I will follow this up with a further test in 3 months, hopefully I see some results!

Had high hopes for supporting my daughter’s eczema however the probiotic and foods I was recommended haven’t helped at all. Her eczema is the worse it’s been in 6+ months. They haven’t replied to my emails. It was a lot of money which I thought would have been worth the investment but sadly not.

do not waste your money on this test go to your own doctor and get stool test done it’s a scam the test does not pick up on bacterial and fungal infections in the gut which it advertises it does they then come up with every excuse in the book as to why it didn’t if I could give zero stars I would
