Our conditions are written on our online store: "The delivery is operated in a period of 3 to 7 working days from the receipt of the payment." The order was placed on May 12 at 7 p.m. We sent it on May 13 at 4:45 p.m. Depending on the carrier's tracking, delivery is scheduled for May 19 or 20. The promised deadline is kept!
