I had the worse experience with Alanees, I bought an ipad from them which was not charging and not working. The most disappointing part the staff treats you so indifferent right before they receive the payment and after they have received the payment. The staff shifts all the blames and the responsibilities to the customer to follow up with the warranty- Repair department. I'll Never advise anyone to purchase any item with them. They lack accountability and customer's satisfaction is not a priority to them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Al Anees Qatar. Once the payment was made, they started manipulating the customer and the product turned out to be a copy with no quality. Their service is extremely poor, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My order number 131662 booked at 0840 hrs today.
Al Anees promised to deliver item between 0900 -1300 hrs today 5 Feb 2025.
I kept calling them from every 20-30 minutes and the reply every time was that we will revert you in 10 minutes, the delivery men is under way. I have it all on my WhatsApp message.
Team Al Anees did not deliver the item til. 1500hrs. They spoiled not only my time but the faith with Al Anees.
Very poor customer service, Al Anees management team must take serious step to improve

Cheeters repair shop and poor customer service, bring something to repair you will get it much worse than before with expensive prices.

fraud company.. Importing bulk mobile from UAE and saling in qatar.
thats why they are selling in low price. i trapped by buying from this fraud company.

Fraud & worst.
I got a free earbuds with mobile purchase. But on spot I realize earbuds is defective as left speaker was not working properly. Salesperson said after charging it will work. But after 30 mnts charging it was same. I request humbly so many times to change but salesperson didn't listen. After few days it stopped totally. I contact through whtsap but every time different person response & said they will take necessary steps to resolve but didn't. Most worst & fraud

The buying is experience online is good, until you run into problems. If a product does not work as advertised then you can forget it, they will never take it back, which is actually against the law.

Be careful dealing with them

If there is anything as legal scam then this would be it. I bought an item that doesn't work as intended and all they can say is "It does work but you have to do A and B". How about it works the way it should be? They refused refund or exchange even for a more expensive item.

I strongly advise against dealing with them. Carrefour and Jazp are better and more honest.

Bad customer service and they do not honour their exchange policy.

I purchased oppo Reno 8 for QAR1700 by giving false information by the salesman at Mansoura branch. When opened and checked the phone was not performing well. In India you get cheaper than this. Very horrible experience. I will not recommend any of my friends do purchase over there in future.

Today i purchased the nokia mobile in al anees. Very good customer service and kind person receptionist. Thank you
