I bought some playing cards at this store and received decks that aren't entirely new. I noticed that 8/9 decks that I bought have been used a few times before sold. Also, one of the decks that I bought have a damage in the corner which seems to have been bitten or ripped by a bite of an animal. This damage was definitely seen and ignored by the staff team.

Although the cards that they sell are almost brand new, it is expected to provide information about the cards not being brand new as I have paid the retail price for them and do expect untouched cards. Please do better and take better care of your cards and do not sell damaged cards. Otherwise, do notify the customer about the damage to see if they would agree on purchasing the deck, disingenuous will only make your customers not want to be loyal and will leave for different businesses instead.

Popped in to buy rope and ended up buying a Mirage Coin Set plus Jim Boyd’s Confusing Coins as well.
That Peter Nardi gave an excellent demo and didn’t even need to ask for the order. As an 80 year old I learned more in 10 minutes than in the last 20 years.

Excellent shop, great family and brilliant products. Alakazam exclusives are all fantastic and they appear to set a standard of releases that they know to be workers and they strive towards ensuring that the consumer will not be dissapointed with their purchases.
Alakazam has evolved so much over the years and has only gotten better with time. They seem to have perfected all areas of everything that they do, from marketing, PR, trailers, youtube, staff, products, discussions, performances and quality etc, even establishing print by magic, is just an example of their ability to grow and develop as a business.
If I had one wish in life, it would be fortunate enough to be a part of the Alakazam family because they just tick all of the boxes. I wish I could go to the Alakazam magic convention next month, but I cannot due to work not letting me, but I reccomend all that can, buy a ticket and go and have an excellent magical time :)

Love these special Print By Magic cards! I have a wedding coming up in May and wanted something that would be personal for the bride, groom, and their guests. Alakazam designed a caricature of the couple (their wedding theme is Gatsby).

Alakazam was able to provide me with a deck of 52 Bicycle red back and also 2 blue back. And, a very quick delivery once the designed was approved.

Looking forward to performing walk-around at their wedding and leaving their guests with this card capturing the memory of the couple's special day.

As a long-time customer who has consistently enjoyed Alakazam’s exceptional products, I find myself quite disappointed with my latest acquisition. The quality of the recordings falls significantly short of my expectations, appearing poorly produced and amateurish. Additionally, the content lacks the professionalism I have come to associate with their offerings, featuring poor presentation and inappropriate language all of which devalues the information offered and his attitude is disdainful to the audience.
I find because of this I am unable to apply the methods he uses and find listening to the presentation cringeworthy.

I've been dealing with Alakazam for several years now and can't fault them. They really do go above and beyond, very quick to reply to e-mails and super helpful on the phone ready to recommend and help with any queries. Everything is a tracked delivery and sent the same day if you order before 3pm. USA orders are sent from the states so no tariff worries either. Oh and it's a family run business too which we should all support. Thank you Alakafam. 🤩

What makes Alakazam stand out from the crowd is their concept of AlakaFam - i.e., you are not just a customer to them, you are literally part of the family.

I just purchased one of their "spotlight" products, which is a new product that they highlight as being something special. I had seen the effect in recent BMC videos and had an idea of how it worked but wasn't 100% sure. After taking part in their live launch, which was a bit of a tell-all, I immediately purchased it even though I was headed out of town.

The next day when I got the email saying it was about to be shipped, I panicked about it sitting outside while I was away so I reached out to Chris James, a talented magic creator/performer who also runs the USA branch of Alakazam.

Chris couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. Alakazam is lucky to have him, he's sort of the secret sauce behind Alakazam USA.

After a friendly chat, not only do I not have to worry about my purchase being delivered while I'm away, there is a chance I may actually be able to perform it on my trip.

That was totally unexpected, but that's AlakaFam!

Alakazam is my go to online magic dealer, they have a huge selection (including bizarre magic) the send items super fast, packed well,and at a great price. Highly recommended

This is probably one of the worst companies I have delt with. I have two Downloads that I cannot even access because I have to put in a password each time. Since there is no physical product, I can never find the password. I would understand if it was a non Alakazam product but these are both Alakazam products. Stick with vanishing inc or Penguin for great customer service.
