(Solved!) High ping
This host may give you high amout of CPU, memory and storage, but sometimes the pings are too high! Like it was at 49 seconds of ping, try making the ping lower.
Edit: They've lowered the ping of discord bots!

The support is somewhat dead
The support is somewhat dead, the hosting is good but it has errors. I couldn't start my server and alot of other users seemed to be having the same issue. They haven't responded to my help message but responded to my other messages.
