First visit to a crystal shop
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and the freedom to choose whichever crystals I was drawn to on the day at my leisure. Very lovely atmosphere as soon as I walked in and the female staff members were all welcoming, knowledgable and happy to answer any questions that I had. Ordering from small business is great if they deliver the service and Ak Vibes did it!
First of all, as a newbie in gems I need help and their customer service team were great at directing me to a blog on their website to do some research myself. Also, when my chose gem wasn’t available online, it was added online so I could make a purchase.
Delivery arrived in timely manner. Gems were securely wrapped on bubble wrap and met my expectations 100%. Will order again and use their customer service team for advice.
