The personal shopping experience in a quiet environment is truly gold at AK Vibes.
The crystals quality, sourcing and variety is always too notch each time I visit. My favorite Crystal store by far in London!
The staff is friendly and helpful but not overbearing, which I highly appreciate.

Beautiful jewellery and genuine stones. Very helpful and lovely staff, the shop itself is really nice as well as classy, you can see proper care and cleansing of energy takes place after every customer.

Really nice shop, ladies whose working there know what they are talking about(really nice) . Booking the visit is absolutely brilliant idea. You get a time to check, pick up,feel, observe what ever you want and nobody disturbing you (like in overcrowded shops) definitely worth to visit.

My husband and I visited AK Vibes on my birthday at the end of March. I found AK Vibes online while searching for the best place to go crystal shopping and the visit exceeded my expectations. Entering the shop was an overwhelming experience, in the best way possible, I almost felt like crying. The vibes I immediately picked up, not only from the amazing crystals but also from the wonderful staff, were spot on. I took my time whilst shopping and it was a very relaxed, peaceful experience that allowed me to connect with 8 beautiful tumbled crystals and a large amethyst cluster. I also connected with a beautiful rose quartz heart for my daughter who is also obsessed with stones and crystals, and an amazing yellow fluorite crystal for my son. In total, I purchased 11 crystals and the prices were extremely fair! I loved that each crystal in the shop was individually priced according to quality, weight, rarity etc. The customer service was fantastic. The two ladies working in the shop were extremely friendly, kind, warm, helpful, accomodating and very knowledgeable on the crystals. Nothing was a problem! Whether it was the time I spent in the store to connect with the crystals I would go on to purchase or the number of questions we asked, they were just so happy to help! They even cleansed the crystals after purchase which was so lovely. I could genuinely sense and feel they just wanted my husband and me to be and feel as comfortable, happy and satisfied as possible whilst visiting their shop. This meant so much to me and made the experience that much more special. I can not recommend this crystal shop enough and this has now become my go-to crystal shop. I am already planning on another visit very soon with my daughter who is so excited to have her first crystal shopping experience at AK Vibes.

I recently bought some crystals online from AK Vibes and I spoke to a member of staff for some advice before selecting my crystals and the customer service was amazing, not only did they advise me on the best crystals to get but they went through why they were great and spent some time with me explaining everything thoroughly so I would make the best decision. They always offer an extremely warm and friendly approach to me as a customer and I live in Scotland but I always make time to travel down to their shop in London as I have had a few sessions of Atlantean healing therapy which has been outstanding for my healing journey. I can't recommend this place enough. Their crystals are affordable and the Atlantean Healing therapy has changed my life. I always feel great after visiting their lovely shop and the staff are all brilliant. I'm looking forward to travelling down to London soon to visit again.

I've shopped online with AKVibes a few times now and always pleased with the quality and service I have received. Living in West London it's not always possible to head toward East London but I am hoping to visit the store soon. Highly recommend. Only place I would purchase my crystals.

Beautiful experience, the minute you walk in you can feel the magic, I understand why appointments are necessary now, and it allows for the space and energy to flow while making a choice!
