Difficult to deal with.
Accidentally selected the 12 month plan instead of the 1 month plan.
Trying to get a refund which they state they can but keep dodging questions and trying to avoid giving the money minus the one month originally paid for.
It’s taking weeks and is really annoying for something that should be so simple

I've been using Akool now for several months for video face swaps.
