Why is this government allowing this company to get away with robbing the British people like this this company are scamming and robbing customers there must be a law to stop this kind of thuggery theft from happening how can we the people who have been scammed robbed treated very badly get this company jailed

I ordered three jars of Manuka honey and never received any dispatch update. I emailed the seller four days later, but got no reply. Waited another four days—still nothing. In the end, I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Extremely disappointing experience. This is a seller to avoid at all costs.

Wrong order sent, not answering the phone seems to be disconnected or not genuine?
Tried to return item immediately and a refund no response to many emails but still taking orders???
The only option left is to try through the credit card company.
I wish I had read trustpilot first as they seem a scam company.

Avoid this company like the plague.
I ordered a bread bin online for next day delivery which they acknowledged.

I've heard nothing since despite my attempts to phone (permanantly engaged), email and use their online contacts, none of which they respond to.

What can I say that hasn't been said previously. By ordering anything from this company, you may as well throw your money out of the window. Product never arrives and there's no communication. Shame on these people. May karma catch up with them, it usually does.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They are fraudulent scammers & have scammed my elderly father out of £350. No TV ever arrived & ZERO comms from the company. How they are still allowed to trade or advertise is beyond me. Never answer any calls or emails & ALL social media pages are ‘comment free’. Trading standards have been informed & the PayPal fraud team

We have placed an order with this Scam Company one month back. We have never received the order and couldn't get in touch with Customer Service to solve the issue. There is a phone number which is never available and they never replied to our emails. After one month we received an email saying that the refund has been processed, but that never happened. We are looking to get this to the Small Claim Court attention. Avoid at any costs!!!

Update from last week. Still no goods or communication, raised dispute with credit card company and refund now in progress. The company look professional, they are anything but. DO NOT USE

Ordered samsung monitor (£350) with next day delivery. Confirmation email received but nothing else. 1 week later, no item and no communication. No reply to emails and no one answering the phone. Now having to go through my bank for a refund. Please don't make my mistake and use this company.

Delivery was due 2-3 days after placing my order on 14th Aug. 27th today and still no update. I’ve emailed them twice and despite saying they will respond in 24 hours, still heard nothing.

It’s worth paying a few pounds extra and going to a reputable company.

Will now go through credit card provider for a refund. Very disappointed.

Placed an order and after 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything despite me contacting them via their website. It was only after I raised a Paypal case that they replied to my message and sent the order out. Then when it arrived it wasn't what I ordered. I decided to write it off rather than try and deal with a return that will no doubt be another nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

The order was supposed to be dispatched in 1-2 working days. It was placed on the 13th of August (order 3220), as of August the 21th, no news from the company, and of course no delivery.
I sent an email on the 19th, and contacted them directly on their website. They promised to reply every enquiry within 24 hours, and again, as of the 21th, no reply of any sort. I wish I could cancel the order, but even that is probably going to be problematic, since they don't reply to you!
Truly shameful, of course I will avoid in the future, I am now trying to recover at least my money. Surprising they are still in business with all these negative reviews all pointing at the same level of unreliability.

Placed an order almost two weeks ago on a 2-3 day delivery. Nothing arrived. Company does not respond to emails or phone calls . AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have had to resort to writing this review in the hope you will make contact with me. I have emailed and phoned numerous times regarding my order 3223, without any success. I appreciate you may be a newish small company trying to do your best in not so good times, but simply ignoring all calls and emails is really the worst you can do for any of your customers.
I realise stock could be an issue? but be honest with me, let me know to expect later than the 2 days you quote, or refund as any reputable company would do if they could not supply.I paid in earnest £24.57 for my order, I would now expect you to honour your contract with me by either supplying the order or refunding back onto my card within 1 week. After which time I will be contacting my card issuer to progress the refund. I should have read Trust pilot before I placed the order with yourselves, my mistake, after reading so many instances of my exact situation. Please,

SCAM artists

Ordered over a week ago and had nothing delivered and no contact from company

DO NOT USED.
Ordered two bottles of avocado oil £16 per bottle which was delivered by DPD one or both bottles were broken with oil spilling on van floor, assisted driver clean up mess and refused to accept package. He left then I received a text saying customer not home. I promptly call their head office to complain as this was not true, they were not helpful in any way a referred me to AKMZ I have emailed them several times with photos attached tried calling leaving messages and used their contact page, to date they have not bothered to reply refund or replace.
I had hoped that I wouldn’t have to go down this route but they have left me no choice being out of pocket by £32.
There are other options I will use to recoup my money, for now I thought it best to warn others not to use this company for anything.

Bought a small item on Monday. They were delivered fast by DPD by Thursday. Packaged very well. Order process and dispatch was communicated every step of the way by email. Thanks
