I am incredibly happy with the service provided by Bettina. The wool I bought went out of stock but Bettina texted me and told me she would dye it 2 days later. I then decided to switch the color to another wool that was out of stock, without any problem. I received it a few days later. The quality is amazing and I am very happy with the yak sport blend. It feels very soft especially after blocking.

Even though I do not speak Danish, it was easy for me to navigate the sight. The yarn I purchased is beautiful. It was packaged with care and arrived quickly.

The yarn I received from AKW is divine. It was pricey, and bc of my lanolin allergies everytime I buy yarn I'm taking a gamble. So I saved up for this one, but I'm SO glad I did. The quality is exquisite, to look at, to work with, and to wear. Knowing that she (the owner) understands intimately about allergies is such a boon as well, I will really trust her judgment as to the allergenic 'scale' of her yarns, now and in the future. When I asked for a scrap of 2 different qualities of yarn in order to judge how allergic I was myself to them, she generously included 2 mini hanks - loads!- of the yarns in question, much more than I'd asked for, and free of charge. (Thank you!). A total pleasure. I'm a customer for life!
