Faulty product-even worse customer service
I purchased an Akluer walking pad (from Amazon) June 2025; by February 2026, the motor had died. I spoke to an agent via WhatsApp who said the only option was to replace the motor. The motor they sent me is not compatible with the unit I purchased. Additionally the original motor is soldered to the motherboard. Today I called their customer service number during their hours of availability, and it goes straight to voicemail each time.
