Scammers. Stay away from this so called company

Do yourself a favour and never purchase anything from this company.

The keyboard I purchased was faulty within the first week, and after several attempts of trying to fix it I asked for a refund, to which they refused.
You get nothing but copy-paste generic non-helpful replies from them, and I'm stuck with a keyboard that doesn't work .

By far one of the best keyboard companys on the market. Nice and high quality budget keyboards. I've used the Akko 5075b Plus, sounds really good, Prelubed, bright RGB, nice software, wireless. Also the new Hall Effect Keyboards like the 3061s he are working pretty well. This is my go-to shop for (custom-)keyboards.

I own many AKKO products, from keycaps to switches to keyboards. The quality for the price is really good and I never hat any issues with delivery, requests or questions.
Akko built up their European stock and communicated that process transparent and honest. You can see if the goods are in a European stock before you buy.

Nice experience so far.

Paid for a keyboard more then a half year ago. still not received it - they send it several times to a wrong address (I provided the right one) and AKKO will now not give a refund.

They said - the parcel is destroyed in the meantime...sad for you.

Package was not delivered although already paid. No help from Akkogear in finding the parcel.
