I’ve been using Akiflow for a while now, and I’m truly impressed — not just with the product itself, but with the incredible support behind it. Every time I’ve had a question or a small issue, the response from their team has been super fast and genuinely helpful.

Shoutout to Peache, who always seems eager to help and fix things right away — it honestly feels like they can do anything! It’s rare to find such a responsive and dedicated support team these days.

Highly recommend Akiflow — both the tool and the people behind it.

Really useful for getting organized. Many intergradations with other productivity sites ( I use trello) make organizing seamless.

The 1 on 1 free on boarding calls are great way to have help making akiflow work for what you want to use it for, I had Jayrich help me and I am really impressed with the service overall.

Firstly, it’s WILDLY overpriced for what they provide. It’s buggy, overly complicated, and truly hard to maintain. Secondly, the app will charge you a FULL YEAR without warning. So if you forget to cancel, you will get charged this outrageous yearly sum (US $150!!!) out of the blue. Thirdly, they don’t exactly make it difficult to cancel, but they don’t make it easy, making you email customer service (this is hopefully still accurate, I’m just trying to remember… I tried to cancel two years ago and missed ONE email and so have been charged again). Judging from other reviews here, this is a really common thing with Akiflow, which makes me think it’s actually part of their business model (taking full year charges from your account without first sending a courtesy reminder). It’s honestly so unethical and really diminishes my trust in humans. Absolutely don’t get pulled into this Akiflow web that you’ll never get out of. You’ve been warned!!

I've used just about every productivity and time management tool out there — from to-do list apps to calendar planners to full-on project management suites. But Akiflow is the first one that truly brings everything together in a way that makes sense and actually works.

What sets Akiflow apart for me is its seamless integrations. I use a bunch of other tools (Notion, Slack, Google Calendar, Todoist, etc.), and Akiflow brings them all into one centralized place without feeling cluttered or disjointed. No more jumping back and forth between tabs or copy-pasting tasks — it just works.

The time blocking feature is the best I’ve seen, hands down. Most tools either make this feature overly complicated or don’t give it enough power. Akiflow nails the balance. It’s intuitive, drag-and-drop simple, and it gives me a crystal-clear visual of how my day is shaping up. If you're serious about time blocking, this tool is in a league of its own.

On top of that, the UI/UX is incredibly sleek. It's clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — no unnecessary fluff. It’s actually enjoyable to use, which says a lot for a productivity tool. I look forward to planning my day with it.

One thing that really impressed me: they actually listen to their users. I submitted feedback asking for color-coded tasks, and sure enough, they rolled out that exact feature. Stefania the PM is easily accessible on Slack and listen to all feedback. That kind of responsiveness is rare and shows they genuinely care about building something that serves their community.

Then there’s Aki, the built-in AI assistant. I wasn’t sure how much I’d use it at first, but now it’s part of my daily routine. Whether I’m speaking to it or typing, it helps me reschedule meetings, shift blocks of time around, or even just find gaps in my day. It’s like having a mini productivity assistant with me all the time.

Most importantly, Akiflow gives me something I haven’t gotten from any other tool: a sense of control over my time. I no longer feel like I’m at the mercy of my to-do list or calendar. With everything centralized, visualized, and flexible, I finally feel like I’m the one steering the ship.

If you're feeling overwhelmed with juggling tasks, meetings, and different tools, do yourself a favor and give Akiflow a try. It’s not just another productivity app — it’s a game-changer.

I've been looking for a zero-based calendar task management system for a while. I used a free trial on many different tools and have enjoyed using Akiflow the most. A few things that have made a difference for me:

1. The "Slot" feature. This helps me block of time on my calendar to batch tasks. It's really easy to put tasks in there so when I'm ready to work on it, I can easily see the tasks I'm supposed to work on without getting overwhelmed.

2. Starred emails as tasks. Lots of task management systems import ALL your emails, which is a lot. I like the way that I can just bring in the emails that are starred and when I check an item off on Akiflow, it unstars it in my email. From the desktop, I can click a link and go directly to the email. I can't currently do that on mobile, but I hope that comes in a future update.

3. Todoist integration - I've had the action button on my iPhone set to add a task in Todoist for a while now, because that's the tool I've been using. It's incredibly fast for helping me get tasks out of my head quickly. When I check something off on Akiflow, it marks it as done in Todoist too.

4. Low-key & super helpful onboarding call. There's a pretty normal onboarding tutorial that helps you get to know the features, but the last task was to book an onboarding call. I decided to use the app for a week so I could ask specific questions. John was SUPER helpful and honest about what the app could and couldn't do. He mentioned that a few of my questions were already on their roadmap and he added my comments to the feature requests. It was a fantastic human touch that is rare in software. I felt zero pressure, just a genuine desire to help me get the most out of the tool.

The app is nice,overpriced but nice. I did a yearly subscription for 90dollars in 2024.ok. I cancelled my subscription and account 2 months before(april!!!sub for me was in june)the automatic payment and subs for another year. Well,i still got invoice for the second year,thankfully i did not have enough money to withdraw automatically,because they tried 3 times. ALSO;first was 90 dollars,this time was 200dollars,not asked,not updated or anything. Even worst since I had already cancelled &unsubscribed.
I had to block my credit card,because they were not answering my emails.
They got back at me,2 days later; everything i did was right,so I am done. But be aware! Just for those reasons i would not suscribe again!! Not trustworthy

Probably the best productivity tool of all time. Prior to using Akiflow, I had never [effectively] used time-blocking before; there's just something about how Akiflow does it that just works. I've tried probably every productivity app on the market today and Akiflow just cannot be beat.

As a former Things 3 loyalist, I had been hesitant to try another task manager - I just didn't think it could be beat. When I first began using Akiflow, I had a tough time accepting that Things 3 wasn't an available integration (which it still isn't, and this is a "Things" problem), but as I started to use the app more and more, I realized that I just didn't need Things 3 at all anymore - Akiflow did absolutely everything Things could and far, far more.

The UI/U, general flow, and ease of use of the app are absolutely outstanding. Akiflow has changed the way I work and has amplified my productivity more than I could ever imagine.

If you're on the fence about trying it out, take the dive - I promise it's worth it.

Peache was of great help during a bug I encountered in the app, very quick to respond, and the bug was fixed in a few days, shoutout to Akiflow for that!

I forgot to cancel my trial period and they charged me for a whole year without a chance of refund. The support tried to help, but gave up after a while and I lost my patience in their inability to solve my issue. Just be aware of that and set a proper reminder if you just want to check the app.

Terrible. So many bugs over and over again after half a year of using it's just impossible to use the app. Esepically for such a high price

After taking a brief hiatus from Akiflow during December till February, I realised just how much a difference the app made to my life! It's like having a digital assistant in your pocket that knows when you're free to meet, what's on the radar, track emails and tasks. And you don't have to worry about information privacy, as you're the mastermind behind the tool of the information you connect.

Say goodbye to forgotten tasks and events and the game of when are you free, am I free?

Nobody has combined the calendar with the task list quite as elegantly as these guys. For time boxing and managing your time in the best possible way, this is pretty much the holy grail.

Great app with amazing support team. Peache in particular helped me through various admin related issues and even though the app wasn't fitting with my use case (I was just shopping around), I was treated like a loyal customer with prompt responses and courtesy. Hard to come by these days. I trust these guys.

Fantastic app and community. I've been using Akiflow for more than a year and find it brings together the best of what matters to me in other apps -- integrations, planning rituals, priority designation, calendar integration & time-blocking, both project-based and time-based organization, and a beautiful interface -- and does nearly every one of those better. But Akiflow brings new things to the table you need to experience. The TimeSlots feature is divine as it allows you to combine tasks for singular or regular productivity sessions on the calendar without making a mess of things; the Upcoming views allow you to see tasks in This Week, Next Week, This Month, and Next Month to create MUCH better planning views; the availability sharing beats even most dedicated calendars; and "Aki", the AI assistant in beta testing, promises to take innovation to a whole new level. This should 100% be on your short list!

I’m a huge fan of this productivity app. It offers everything I need for school and work, but what truly sets it apart is its exceptional customer service. The support is top-notch and incredibly responsive.

I’ve been using Akiflow for almost a year now and it has truly improved my productivity. It’s super powerful for combining tasks and calendar in one place. I love how it helps me stay organized and focused.

I do hope the visual calendar design gets closer to Google Calendar in the future, especially on mobile. But overall, Akiflow is a top tool that I’d definitely recommend!

Legendary product. I have horrible ADHD and this tool replaced my todo-list, calendar, and project management. I'm able to be on-time, not go to bed anxious, and get everything done EARLY despite my disorganized nature. All of my friends think I'm a machine b/c of how much I can fit in my schedule (Bodybuilding, Uni, and starting a business).
Peache from support ended up getting me a student discount, and I honestly don't think I'll be leaving Akiflow anytime soon. I rely on this app for almost everything.
