Quick delivery of the heating pump and at a discounted price. Only issue was that a separate control lead was required to fit the boiler wiring loom following a specification change from when the boiler was purchased but "Dave" sourced this quickly.

Please anyone reading this review who feel they have a part that is maybe difficult to source or you have tried other suppliers who don't have it in stock please contact us on 01138591119 because we are experiencing supply issues with our suppliers and manufacturers.
Note that over the past 3 months we have had similiar comments from other customers but prior to that for years we have had no comments regarding to stock issues.
Dear MPC, we have 120,000 parts on our website and do try and ensure all of them are available. We don't carry all the items in stock but if we don't have a part in stock we normally place an order with the manufacturer. Unfortunately over the past 12 - 18 months manufacturers are and have been out of stock on many parts due to the problems with supplies around the world and don't inform us until we place an order with them.
We apologise that some of our products are sometimes unavailable but we don't know from week to week what products the manufacturers are struggling with until we place an order with them. We try our very best to ensure our customers are informed asap if they have placed an order on our website and have paid for an item that is unavailable. We also carry out a refund within 1 - 2 days but do inform customers that the money may take 3-5 days to show in their account.
I appreciate your frustration but we do everything we can to ensure products on our website are available and we do refund customers as quickly as possible. I feel your comments and your review is a little unfair and paints an incorrect picture of what is actually occurring within our marketplace.

A family member had their gas cut off
A family member had their gas cut off, due to a part in the gas boiler being defective. I was given details of the company as having the very part. I thought I had purchased it on line and paid a small extra charge for next day delivery, only to be told the following day that it was not now in stock, and was in fact unobtainable. Keep your Web site up to date.

Looking online it appears no one had your part available and after contacting Ideal the manufacturer they also don't have the part. It seems that the part you was trying to purchase was extremley rare!

Online orders for products
They take orders for products they know they haven’t and cannot get, then accept payment only to then say they don’t have the goods and we will send you a refund in a weeks time. Not good customer service.

Marc, We have over 120,000 parts on our website and sometimes the manufacturers will make something obsolete without notifying their suppliers.
I feel your 1 star review isn't fair because the service we provide goes far beyond the parts on the website. It would also be nice to know which part it is you are referring to and also why didn't you give us a call.
You have rated our company on a part not being available on our website when up until now all our reviews are based on the complete service we offer.
