Your delivery method is good but product quality isn’t. Plz fix that

There website and app should be much better.
There delivery can be also lot faster and the tracking system should be updated.

Bad Ajkerdeal

The biggest Bad Experience of my life , i have ordered a combo punjabi and shaari for Boishak on April 7th still didn't get it and tomorrow is pohela boishak and i got nothing they are fraud they ruined my day , i will never buy from this stupid company

I bought a Dish Signal Amplifier device which did not work well, so I complained to them within 24 hours, according to their return policy, but their support team did not return the product by misrepresenting me. It's still unused in my house.
buying it, it's a waste of my money.

I must say ajkerdeal.com is a one of the worst E-Commerce site in our country and worst their service...I have ordered two products on 08/02/2019 and pay in advance by bkash. One item cancelled after 8 days(lame reason was “stock out”) and one item was delivered but totally a different product (OMG) which was disgusting.

And still i haven’t refund my money. I’m trying to contact their customer support but their CS services was too much poor...

Now i just wants say to #ajkerdeal please Close your Faltu E-Commerce business 😡 and stop harassing people

I ordered two products from ajkerdeal.com on 27/12/18 through their app. I have already paid in advance. One of the products order was cancelled as it was out of stock. But they did not refund me. I tried to chat with their online customer care operator but they did not reply. I also tried to call the customer care helpline several times but no one picked up the phone. I have never seen such bogus customer care service.

All is ok but delivery is soon late in dhaka
