STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO SKIP THESE FRAUDS

Every aspect of Ajio functioning is pathetic and Ajio isnt even bothered by own poor standards. I am amazed how come an obvious fraud & scam business like them is even allowed to exist & advertise so openly. Their Delivery system is atrocious, website has all unreliable data, their data system updates false status about delivery and your customer care team is a lethargic bunch of clueless goons who 'resolve' the issues at their own will without even listening to customer even once.

You will spend money to find their scam services and will receive nothing except for frustrations and agony, trust me there are 90% chances of you being cheated in a way or another (no delivery, wrong delivery, false updates, fake return policies, hidden refund procedures to loo everything once refunded etc) and 101% probability that their customer care will not care about it.

A negative feedback is understatement, a fraud firm like Ajio should be sued and banned by consumer court soon. I have not found a single thing thing to praise and forget using Ajio again, I promise none in my social circle will have to deal with such unprofessional cheats. Shame on Ajio, seriously

Worst App Worst Experience Poor Services

Dear Ajio Customer Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my recent order (Order ID: [FN0593609634]) placed with Ajio. I had ordered two Tistabene shirts and one pair of Tistabene denim jeans, with payment made via Cash on Delivery. However, I received only two incorrect products, and one item was missing from the delivery.

I have already attempted to resolve this through your customer care team but have not received any assistance. I no longer wish to continue with this order and request an immediate return of the delivered items and a full refund to my bank account which was 2034 Rs Paid by COD. Please note that I no longer have access to my registered email, so I am providing my registered mobile number ([+916355492461]) and Order ID for verification.

I have attached photos of the main delivery bag and the two incorrect products in JPG format for your reference. Kindly process my return and refund at the earliest. I am very disappointed with this experience and no longer wish to shop with Ajio. Please let me know if you need any additional details to expedite this.

The delivery wrong product and create issues in taking it back saying we are returning the wrong product.
They only take your money by delivering anything.
Their customer care is always not reachable.

I have bought tshirt from Ajio and…

I have bought tshirt from Ajio and Prepaid for it. And now in application i see that product shows it’s delivered but I have not received it. Even in the package they are telling it should come with the other one. It hasn’t. The package was not tampered which means they did not send only. And now after raising case with them they tell that they check everything is fine from there end and resolved the case. Now my money is wasted and i dont have the tshirt as well which i paid for

Even when I try to return the product ajio cancel my request more than 3 time it was very frustrating.. The customer care is also not useful when I try to call on ajio for complain call is not receive near about 4-5 time i called them in a day.. Even I text them.. But it's useless..

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, most worst customer care and ajio service, the team has cancelled my prepaid order without asking me. Refund is also still not provided. It's ₹3995.42. I have ordered the product last month, it's been 15+ days as of now they haven't updated anything about cancellation on order page and made me frustrated, I ordered this for my work as a mua, the team has sold my product to someone else and it's out of stock till date. I haven't received my refund as well from ajio. When I called customer care they made me wait on call for 30 mins on hold, I have held up after 30 mins + on frustration on waiting . I wish ajio should reject those poor team of customer care and seller for this huge mistake. I'll be surly suing this team for braking me mentally and taking my money, such a fraud people who is 3rd party worker of ajio.com.my order id : FN9097501784

First order on ajio was damaged and asked to exchange for the better but second product was also damaged... It happened to 3 of my purchase... The customer care also not responding properly nor providing higher manager contact... Very hopeless now a days, still my issue is not sorted out

Wrong product delivered and no help from customer care

I ordered a Marc Jacob's wallet worth Rs 15000 and I received a Kenzo shirt instead. Instead of helping me the customer care is asking me to share proof. Even this I've uploaded multiple times still nobody has come to collect my return. I am thoroughly disgusted by their lack of ethics and professionalism
