I ordered PCBs using the Blitz service. According to the emails I got the PCBs were succesfully build and shipped. They provided a track and trace code. After a week nothing, when contacting them I get a reply that shipping can take up to 14 DAYS! I have never seen that shipping within Europe takes so much time. When checking DHL they don't know the shipment, also the provided track and trace is not working. My suspicion is that when they say they are building they are not. Very disapointing experience.

The routing automation in the Fritzing application is useless, but when I did the routing manually, as a very beginner, I got a high quality PCB which survived my also very amateurish soldering AND IT WORKS!!!!

Excellent customer service. When it looked like my package was lost, AISLER started a priority free remanufacture of their own initiative immediately (within 15 minutes, even). When it was eventually located, AISLER offered to simply keep the free extra order as is so I had some additional PCB's to work with. And this was on their budget tier. Would recommend them anytime, quality boards and A+ resolution if anything ever goes wrong.

It was easy to place an order and pay for it. The price was reasonable and the quality of the finished product was nice.

One drilling diameter was not exactly as ordered - Aisler reacted promptly on my complaint and manufactured a new set quickly.

It's great to have a European pcb manufacturer that caters to the hobbyist so well. The Kicad integration makes ordering a complete breeze and the few times that I've ordered from Aisler now, the pcb has always been in perfect condition and has arrived within the promised time.

Unfortunately 2 of the 3 boards are not working (that would be 1 Star only), but the support was fast and helpful (that would be 5). That results in 3 stars.

If the replacement-boards are working like expected, i'll rate that second order with 5 stars.

Great customer service. The shop system is unique and perfect for our projects. Super quality of the boards and stencils. It's just fun to place an order.

Order delayed/missing during shipment, Aisler reproduced PCBs and sent for free ! Very gentle !

Board arrived and was reliably great as always

Really outstanding service, uploading the board is a breeze and the board analyzer finds errors before they end up in production. Production has gotten much faster (yay).

I use KiCad.
Just uploaded file and done.
I received the right PCB's.
