After two grueling days of hunting for a good deal on insurance online and on the phone with every company we could find, we landed on AIS. I had a great experience dealing with AIS sales agents when I was looking for a new auto policy. It was quick and easy and they provided me with the best quote. I initially dealt with Matthew Barela over the phone who took my basic info to provide me with a quote and provided me the quote via email. Once I was ready to purchase the policy I called back and spoke with Lula Baker who took the remaining details needed to provide me with my final auto quote. She was friendly and took the time to get all of the information she needed in order to provide me with the best possible quote. She reassured me that she was still there when she had to put me on hold, maintained constant communication during the periods she had to confirm issues with her supervisor and even stayed on the line with me to complete taking my payment even though she had to log out for her lunch. Thank you Lula for making it easy to switch insurance!

I had a wonderful call this morning with Ms. Lalynn Montante who let me know that for the last few months she has been consistently checking up to make sure that a claim on my account was not mis-correctly represented on my account. After finally getting through, she was able to return some credit onto my account, saving me so much money and time!! Great Experience.My first time trading with Mercury Insurance.The price was the best I found today.The process was normal.The agent was fair. But Ms. Lula Baker was awesome. She closed the deal. She was thorough, fast, efficient, and friendly.I enjoyed having dealt with her; being such an experienced person that was clear and easy to understand.I’ve already referred other family members to check them out.
