Pay full price for half a product. Ridiculous

Airwick are a disgraceful scam. Do not buy Air Wick Freshmatic Autospray Kits. These things DO NOT WORK. I purchased 3 of these useless kits and a pack of Duracel batteries. The mechanisms don't work and cannot make contact with the spray. I had to bin all three kits, costing me over £30. There are a total scam.

Purchased an essential mists product yesterday. Today I discovered it was not working. Checked the fluid, ok. Changed the batteries for ones I knew to be fully charged. It dispensed once when switched on then stopped again. Poor product and unfortunately did not get a receipt to ask for refund. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
25.10 Further to my review. I have finally managed to get the device to operate after hours of changing batteries. I’m not sure whether it’s working to its designed potential however it meets my needs. So I have updated to four stars.

Airwick essential mist diffuser. Smelt nice, worked for around 6 weeks - changed the bottle, changed the batteries. One puff and that's it - no more action. Batteries showing full charge, bottle full but the unit was just dead. Battled with their customer service who asked for barcodes, batch numbers and photos, proof of purchase etc. I really can't be faffing around with this so it's in the bin. Would never buy another one - I accept that things go wrong but there's a way to deal with customers when you're talking about something that must cost less than £2.00 to produce.....
Now they keep bombarding me with the same request for information.......

All rubbish. Like plugging in water.ive had nearly all the scents of plugin diffusers and i mean a lot of them.they smell for a day or 2 the absolutely nothing.some smell identical like the cosy cottage and raspberry and roses.smell exactly the same .but again smell for a day 2 days max then zilch.well below par.the wick in them dries out and squashes down.come on airwick a vast improvement is needed because your plugins are rubbish. You may as well fill them with water.even the autosprays dont work they dont spray out even with new batteries in them and a full can.stopped buying this guff

Baugth 2x airwick automatic spray, both defective!!!!! Went and baught new batteries as I thought that might be the issue, it is not!!!

Absolute junk , lasted 2 weeks , new batteries and new can wouldn’t go down far enough to push lever . Yet cheap air pure still going ,

Your airwick plug in diffuser could of burn my house down while I was at work with my dog alone in the house .. my partner came home from work and there was smoke in our living room with a bad onerous smell and she heard a faint clicking sound that she could not source- it wasn't until I got home and found where the clicking was coming from and I found the airwick plug in diffuser black and partly melted.. my poor dog was sick through the smell in the room my partner said . You have now lost a customer due to your poorly made product.. you are so lucky my house didn't burn down...

I have at least 4 airwick products all worked ok with the refill they came with however after a week or so (and after the packaging had gone to landfill) they seem to loose power to allow a spray. Contacted airwick who requested the bar code from packaging. Waste of money and time.

why is the refill bottle impossible to opento the small ones?? love the big ones tho but i want the small one to work too

Bought plug in air wick. Smells lovely but only lasts 3 weeks and have it set to medium. Supposed to last a lot longer. Very disappointed and expensive. Won't be buying refills.

I can remember when theses airwick freshener's used to last 90 days and now they only last 70 days but even then they sometimes don’t work

Absolutely agree with all the reviews stating that the spray dispenser only works for a couple of months and then nothing!
Have replaced the spray can, then batteries but the trigger refuses to press down on the can. I bought a replacement thinking that I had previously had a dud but the same happened after less than 4 weeks. Totally useless product. Will not be buying again.

Don't make the mistake of buying an airwick automatic air freshener, I've brought 4 of these and each one has stopped working! Airwick must be aware of this problem, but why would they care, as long as we keep buying their inferior products, well I will never purchase an airwick product again, I've found cheaper alternatives on eBay that actually work!

Been trying to get hold of an product , the fragrance can't get anywhere.
Tried calling ,they said if you can get it back call again in 3 weeks.
They failed, so I write a letter waited 6 weeks to get an answer ..The so called customer relations lied, as just called and found out on the phone they have stopped doing it ...What's the point of having customer service ,when they decide to not tell the truth ..
Lead you down the garden path to go around the shops( after major operation) ..

I bought the refill for my airwick mist spray unfortunately there is no smell for a second I am very very disappointed, no response for the email also. waste of money

Bought two air wick mist devices and both have completely stopped working after only a few months use. Tried replacing batterie, only ever used air wick mist refill and tried cleaning the top. Light works when you turn on the device but never mists. Contacted customer service twice to replace them with no response at all. I can’t even call them as they don’t list a number. Very poor service from them.

Clear design fault. And looking at other people's reviews, I'm not the only person commenting on such problems with the automatic spray.
The plastic pin doesn't push down hard enough on the the spray canister. I thought it might be a faulty spray can, but after changing it to a new one, it makes no difference. £11 pounds down the drain. Waste of money
