I recently ordered multiple products from Air Water Healing, and I am beyond impressed! Their products are of top-notch quality, exactly as described, and even exceeded my expectations. I had a small query regarding my order, and their team responded instantly, resolve my concern in no time.

I had their product for a few days. Per directions, I increased the level - there was an immediate odor as that of a burning electric coil which caused an adverse respiratory reaction. I contacted the company to complain and request a return and refund. AWH now claimed that there would be a 20% restocking fee. In response to my complaint about the product and the arbitrary restocking fee, AWH submitted a revised purchase receipt stating the restocking fee - made up after the complaint. I argued that neither the web site nor the original purchase receipt stated that sales were final, or that there would be a restocking fee for returns (why would there be a restocking fee if sales were final?). I returned the product via UPS in the condition in which it was received and in the carton in which it was shipped. AWH did refund 80% of the purchase price, withholding $200+ for restocking fee and refurbishing of parts (new claim) to ready the product for resale. If there was no fault with the product, why would it require refurbishing? AWH arbitrarily changed their position in order to withhold my money. Maybe this is part of their business plan: withhold 20% and resell the product again, and again. My experience has been that AWH is dishonest because of their arbitrary and changing positions following submission of a complaint and request for a return and refund.
