Honestly if I could leave half of a star or even a quarter of a star I would probably be better with that then a whole star. To begin I prepaid for 3 months of service my phone broke halfway through one they do not offer any type of help with your device so don't expect to get a free device when you start your service that's not even an option two they cannot swap your sim which is a very simple thing to do I worked at Verizon for about 8 years and I did Sim swaps daily for my customers they say they don't have the option to swap your sim because it would confuse the system so you have to purchase another sim card and wait for it to be shipped to you. Now while you're waiting on it to be shipped they can suspend your service however it does not extend your service so all the time that you're losing between the time your phone breaks and you buy more SIM cards from them and they get shipped to you and it's activated you lose that service so I suggest if you do go with this company don't prepay for your service like I did it does not help to pay ahead since we cannot control from day to day what may or may not happen with our devices. Aside from that situation I've also contacted their customer service team on about 3 to 4 different occasions four different reasons each time I was met with the answer of they cannot help me there is nothing that they can do and basically referred me back to their website for any questions that I may have instead of answering them or helping me so if you're looking for a non-existent customer relationship with your cell phone company they're your guy but if you're looking for someone who's actually going to help you I suggest finding a new company

I paid AirVoice Wireless $52 for a 6-month eSIM plan, but the eSIM failed to activate. I have contacted support repeatedly, and they’re not responding. Beware, poor support and potential loss of funds.
The phone is trash
The phone is trash, always hanging up while on calls,also when you push one app it goes to what app it decides. The phone doesn't last long. if you have a full charge and not using it the battery still goes low. cut off at any time, pick it up off, on calls off. this company should have kept their cellular phone service over the water.

Be wary when signing up on AIRVOICE WIRELESS which is the same as AIRTALK, BOTH ARE THE SAME COMPANY..
First off they assign the number, (wont let you choose a number by zip code) ANOTHER REASON I TRY VOID THIS COMPANY unless you port in a number....
Any fone bought from airvoice or airtalk, THEY WILL REFUSE TO UNLOCK THE FONE PERIOD. so the suggestion is stay away from their fones. THEY ARE JUST PLAIN WORTHLESS PAPERWEIGHTS that cannot be unlocked period.. I tried, THEY SAY THATS OUR POLICY... buy a unlcoked fone from ebay then sign up with airvoice wireless to voID getting on of their paperweight fone.
You can still take the sim out of the fone from airvoice, & stick it into a fone of your choice without issue........

they lied about 2 day fedex shipping on the invoice and then shipped via amazon, the 30 day trial starts on the order date not when i activate the sim card so its not 30 days
Much confusion no results Got my phone in the mail did not come…
Got my phone in the mail did not come with any instructions on how to activate SIM card. Phone is cheap and is different than I ordered. Phone has Air voice app installed and APN is Air voice. Called Air voice customer service and said the SIM in not for airvoice and did not tell me what service it was for. The app says my sim and account are active but the phone has no bars and says emergency calls only.
