Worst company I have ever purchased from

Worst company I have ever purchased from. Faulty earbuds; sent them numerous emails without response; no reply to telephone calls. Complete waste of time and money - product unusable. Shocking customer service. Would give them no stars if possible

Baddest experience ever!Fake people!

It’s been nearly 2 months since I’ve ordered but haven’t got it yet. I tried to contact them and they made excuse of COVID-19 but guys I’ve ordered things even after ordering from them which came so early. I even asked them to refund me twice or three times but they said they’ll do some inquiries then let me know but never contacted me again!

steer clear people avoid like the plague , very rude customer service & seem to think that you must abide by what they say instead of resolving any issues .
