FRAUD AND LIAR PEOPLE
don’t fall for their promises. Highly unprofessional attitude. When agent could not keep my reservations due to some reason and started to lie.we tried to correct them with facts and they hanged up the call abruptly.Afterwards I received email from Agent that “we don’t appreciate customer’s raised voice over the phone”.But appreciate ruining entire trip plans instead!!!

Any such scam sites will advertise 'call only' deal with an extremely low price than normal is just to hook you to them. They will charge much more than normal charge that you see in any legitimate website. Don't fall for such silly tactics. They should be banned!

The price on the web site is fake. Once you call they will give you the real price which is a lot higher. Please do NOT fall for this low price. And then the quoted price is a lot higher than even the airline web price.

At first, i was worried before using any online agency randomly but when i researched online i found out this and thought of trying it.

However, it was the best decision as Shiv contacted me through this website and provided me quotes for different travel plans which were cheaper than what i was getting online.

In all, this experience was great. And the agent was helpful throughout the process. Shiv was making sure about my upcoming travel plans at every point of point even after the trip ended.

Please dont waste your money by booking with Airtrip maker. They are not professionally fit to handle the customers.They are cheating customer with additional charges.

The agent was the worst - got the dates wrong, quoted a price $600 higher than the website, and when asked about that, hung up on me!
The website is a scam - with prices for a round trip to India quoted at less than $800, with no details provided. They insist that you call them. The 844 number takes the caller to a terrible phone line, with a terrible agent who finally quotes a price that is more in keeping with the actual price.

The customer service is nothing short of astounding. Gifty Monga was the supervisor for my ticket, which was initially booked by Sarah Singh. Sarah deligently worked on my ticket despite my vague and multiple requests. She was tenacious and would not give up. She finally found a wonderful ticket for me from CDG to Bengaluru. Her shift ended before I could buy the ticket. Then her supervisor Gifty took over. She was equally tenacious and addressed every concern from type of meals to seat selection. I was humbled and astonished at the extraordinary work ethic and enthusiasm of these young ladies!! What an inspiration really. I can say with confidence if not for these amazing service of these two magnificent souls I might have continued to postpone booking for days and paid much more. Bravo Gifty and Sarah! May the FORCE be with you. 👏👏

I booked a trip to india with Sumit and he was awesome. He handled our round trip. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as Sumit. He was also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. We have also changed return flights and he always comes through! Highly recommend!
