My WiFi has not been working for the past two days. After repeatedly calling customer support, a technician finally came and “fixed” the issue — only for the connection to stop working again within an hour. This clearly shows a lack of proper service and accountability.
Since then, I have been calling multiple times again, but no one is responding or taking responsibility. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable.
If Airtel cannot provide a stable connection or proper customer support, then there is no point in continuing with your service. I expect immediate action and a permanent resolution, not temporary fixes.

Extremely pathetic customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of Airtel Broadband.
I took a new Airtel broadband connection on 6 January 2026. Within two months, I relocated to Gurgaon and raised a shifting request on 4 March 2026. However, despite multiple complaints, no technician has visited my house till now.
The most frustrating part is the inconsistent and unhelpful customer support. Every time I call, I have to wait 5–10 minutes just to connect with an executive. After that, different representatives give completely contradictory information one says the request has been processed, while another says it has not even been converted.
This has been an endless cycle of calls with no actual resolution. Meanwhile, the service remains inactive but the company continues charging.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to rely on Airtel’s customer service, as it has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Very pathetic service !!!!!

Terrible Service & Unresolved Connectivity Issues
I have been facing repeated Wi-Fi connectivity issues for a long time. The internet would drop at the worst possible times — especially during important work — and would stay down for 6, 12, or even 24 hours at a stretch. This level of downtime is completely unacceptable.
Despite raising concerns multiple times, my issues were never resolved promptly. When I finally decided to cancel my subscription, Airtel's support team responded by asking why I want to disconnect — instead of acknowledging their own poor service quality.
To make matters worse, I have not been using the connection for the past 10–12 days, yet the cancellation process is still not straightforward. My disconnection request was not even properly registered the first time.
I expected better from a leading telecom provider. If you value your time and need a reliable internet connection for work, I would strongly advise reconsidering before choosing Airtel broadband.
Hoping Airtel takes customer feedback seriously and improves their service quality and response time.

I bought the Airtel Black and Family Pack postpaid plans. While in the UAE, I bought the INR 2999 IR package, which is valid for 10 days. After the expiry, they added the 649 package without my approval, and later the 2119 package too. And gave me a bill for 9450. They should have been in the cattle business. Absolute cheaters.

Got Airtel services to our new house two weeks ago.One Swamy attended to this but wifi not stable. He has been telling us he'll sort this out for us the past two weeks but is yet to do it,despite several many gentle requests and even paying him for this! It so pathetic behaviour airtel, no proper support for my wifi air fiber when requested for internet issues as promised was 40 mbps and I was getting only 1 or 5 mbps was not able to work from home. The team came 3 times but no one could fixe the issue hence I switched my internet connection to different provider now I'm so happy getting 50mbps at just 399 .

I am very disappointed with the service of Airtel Black. My broadband router is showing a continuous red light and there is no internet connection. I have called customer care many times but no technician has visited my home yet. Because of this repeated issue and delay in service, my work is still pending. Now when I asked to close my Airtel Black account due to poor service, the support team said I have to pay the outstanding amount first. It is very frustrating to pay when the service itself is not working properly.Please improve customer support and resolve issues quickly.

I am extremely disappointed with the Airtel Xstream Fiber service at my location. It has only been around 3 months since the connection was installed, but the internet keeps stopping for 3–4 days continuously.
Despite contacting customer care multiple times, there is no proper support or solution provided. The engineers either do not visit on time or the issue keeps repeating again and again. This shows very poor management and service quality.
It feels like the company only focuses on convincing customers at the time of installation, but once the connection is done, no one takes responsibility for service.
This constant internet outage is causing serious inconvenience and frustration. I request Airtel to immediately resolve this issue permanently. If the problem is not fixed soon, I will be forced to escalate the complaint to higher authorities and consumer forums.
Kindly take this matter seriously and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible.

I am extremely disappointed with Airtel’s service and misleading technical support. I recently purchased the ₹101 Unlimited 5G Booster specifically to enable 5G on my active 1.5GB/day plan. Despite paying for this 'unlimited' benefit, the 5G stopped working after just one day. To make matters worse, your automated 'Airtel Chat' support is giving me incorrect information, claiming I need a 2GB/day plan to be eligible. This is a blatant contradiction since the ₹101 pack is marketed exactly for users on 1.5GB plans. I have paid for a service that is being blocked by your own system errors. Fix this immediately.
