Got a problem with the delivery of my package, but customer service helped me to resolve this issue.

To start with, the shop actually had the item in stock which was great. Most stores don't offer it.The tracking was precise and the item arrived on time and was well packed. I was notified about each stage of the item's transit.

Simply, is a second home, with out-family super kind brothers and it is full of everything you need!

Probably one of the worst companies to order from, communication was awful and was seeing my messages on WhatsApp but ignoring me about my parcel missing and endless delays wouldn’t recommend buying if you’re from the UK or outside of Poland that is, upon that they don’t tell you clearly about the fees you have to pay to ship your item over 2 weeks in and I’ve still not received my item I paid for.

*UPDATE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL AS OF 24/04/2025* absolutely shocking

They have a easy to use website, the delivery is quite fast and I've received good products.

Customer support is awful at very least they are like robots with monkey IQ. For every question they respond with same answer. Shipment deadlines are a joke. Order tracking? Forget about it. Asking for any updates on your order? Non of your business. Avoid this site at any costs!!!! Typical drop shipping monkeys with no clue what they are doing

I would never order from this company again, despite the fact that they offer beautiful airsoft replicas on their website. My experience with their service has been absolutely terrible.

My order was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 days, but after 4 days, I still hadn’t received anything. Only after I reached out myself to ask where my order was, they told me they still needed my NABV pass. This was strange because I had already sent it immediately when placing my order. They claimed they never received it, yet I never got any notification about this. Instead, they just left me waiting for days until I followed up myself.

After being ignored for over 2 days, I asked again when my package would finally arrive. Their response was a WhatsApp message claiming they had already sent me the tracking information. This was completely false, as the tracking number had only just become active at that moment.

And then the worst part: the battery of my replica exploded during the first charging cycle. Fortunately, I was able to get it out of my house just in time, or this could have ended much worse. Instead of taking responsibility, the company claimed the issue was not with the battery but with my charger or a “power surge.” Power surges don’t happen where I live, and my charger has since successfully charged multiple other batteries without any problems.

Even after providing proof and making multiple attempts to resolve this, I have now been ignored for over a two months. Their service is unreliable, slow, and evasive when something goes wrong.

Please do not buy from this company unless you enjoy poor communication, long waiting times, and zero accountability when issues arise.

Ordered some parts 5 months ago and still received nothing, no updates, I was the one that reminded them to ship it a month after purchase, never buy from here absolute scam

I live in Germany. I’m ordered something on 3 January, it’s already 15 January and i still have nothing, no messages, no notifications where my package is. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, the worker wrote to me at 10 am that he would check my order and inform me, he went into WhatsApp every hour but never wrote anything, and still ignores everything I write to him, it’s crazy. I wrote to technical support via email, still no response.

To Airsoftmania: maybe you could at least ANSWER this way and TELL ME where my parcel is? The order number is #7939

Don't order if you live in England you don't get package and they simply ignore you

I recently ordered from this company i paid extra to receive my order in 3/4 days unfortunately i did not receive it yet nor did i get an update i tried contacting them through email ,whatsapp and even some online chat but nothing the customer service is awful it shouldn't even take this long to ship from Italy to my country which is belgium, for anyone else thinking about ordering from them don't do that until i have a fair update in this review if only their customer service was slightly better then i am sure a big percentage of these negative reviews would never have been written. I will update everyone as soon as i get updated myself by the company if they even will update me.

Great selection of replicas and fast service.

I ordered an expensive AK based replica everything went smoothly and it arrived fast, unfortunately my replica had the paint near the selector switch scratched like it had been used before, also the wooden handguard was scratched and had a minor dent. Wich is unacceptable when paying the amount of money i paid for this replica, and the reason behind my 3 stars.

However i would still buy airsoft gear from here again.

I got the parts I ordered at the end of the day , but customer service isn’t great and it took a while for it to get through customs , it’s not that they’re rude or anything like that more just not really that helpful. Multiple times I was left without a response or left on read on WhatsApp, my order got stuck in Poland for 5 days and in the end I rang UPS to resolve it myself as they weren’t doing anything to help and it was immediately released the next day , I would just say be careful/mindful if your ordering from the UK I had to provide my UKARA just for parts and It took about 3 weeks to come , use PayPal also and atleast if it goes wrong you can get money back easy

What a fantastic company!! Danilo, Kevin and the Team at Airsoftmania have literally gone above and beyond to help us get the Airsoft rifles that we just couldn’t hold of get in the UK. At first I was apprehensive about buying from overseas because of Customs etc…..but these guys helped put me at ease. They always respond promptly to emails and nothing seems to be too much trouble!
Customer service far exceeding any company I’ve used in the UK so far! Getting the RIF’s into the country, with customs and all takes a bit of time (think I’ve waited 17 days total which isn’t too bad) to have them on my doorstep.
All the way Danilo has chased UPS and Customs to make sure they processed and released our parcels promptly. Keep an eye on the UPS tracker, make sure you pay any import duties as soon as possible and you won’t be waiting long.
We will definitely be using Airsoftmania again as and when we need hard to find items.
