While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I am a small business owner and signed…

I am a small business owner and signed up for an Airship Benefit plan through my insurance guy. It seemed like a great solution to provide benefits to my family and I was planning to extend it to my employees after I used for myself first. They make it seem so easy. WRONG! My son has been waiting to have a tonsillectomy for months while I try to figure out how to get it scheduled and covered through the plan. Everyone I speak to wants to resell me a plan and doesn’t know how to actually USE their own product. There’s a 3-4 different apps you have to log in to. You have to submit your own claims after you pay cash. I finally just canceled it. My time is too valuable to have to schedule 2-3 phone calls per week with the same 3 people who have NO clue how their product works. My insurance guy was misled as well. Neither one of us are happy with this company at all. DO NOT SELL OR USE AIRSHIP BENEFITS.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Count yourself the lucky one if you read this prior to signing up.

Don't be fooled to get involved with this software.
Careful on the good sales team and They sell that they integrate with lots of other software and they make you believe it would be a great tool for your business.

You have been warned STAY AWAY.
Software is glitchy, overpriced, terrible customer service and when you are unhappy And when you want out they lock your access and demand the 24-month contract to be paid.
Worst software we have ever bought and one of the worst companies to deal with after your nice friendly salesperson has done the deal that's when they show their true colours.

I'm lost reading about this company and how it has been able to gain investment From some of the tech giants.
I would be worried about the incoming damage to their own reputation investment in a company like Airship.
This Company needs to disappear from the face of the planet and stop ripping of businesses.

The most pathetic tool to use

The most pathetic tool to use. I think there are only 2 users of this tool one is the creator and the other one is their best friend! highly not recommended.
It is a dead-end tool. No online tutorials are available to watch or read.
