Don’t waste your money.
The driver didn’t show up to collect us from Malaga airport.
Had to try and get alternative transport at 1am with 3 young children which was a nightmare.
2 weeks later I am still trying to get a refund.

Showed up an hour late at Palma airport and then half way through an hours journey we had to stop on the roadside for 45 mins for the driver to take a break with a 19month and 6 year old.
Paid for a service that we didnt get.
Dont bother.

I made a mistake booking my taxi, and noticed with 23.5 hours to go, shorter than the 24 window they asked for.
They ignore my requested and told me to contact the company to change it. But all the numbers they gave me told me to go back to Airport taxi transfers. They said they cna’t change it.
I then booked another taxi from another company.
Ridiculously this was the actual company Airports tax transfer booked my incorrect taxi for.
So airport taxi transfers couldn’t even be bothered to give me contact details.
Just happy to take my cash because i made a mistake and didn’t care about trying to be helpful.
Pathetic behaviour. I’ve used them before. Never will again.
It’s the dishonest that’s the problem

I would not recommend this company they were late and did not deliver what I paid for. The pick up in Punta Cana was 1 hour late, we were a party of 14 ages from 80 to 5. Nine adults one in a wheelchair and five children.
I booked a private transfer as after a 9 hour flight we didn’t want to wait or stop off at other hotels. We ended up waiting 1 hour in the heat, tired, thirsty and no communication. The girl at the airport just kept saying 10 minutes and she didn’t understand English.
But then started to tell me she only just started working for the company so clearly she understood English.
We arrived at the hotel half an hour later than the TUI transfer. I tried to call and send messages but there was no communication from Airport Taxis.
The return to the airport pick up was totally unacceptable. I booked a 22 seater vehicle because of the amount of luggage and the wheelchair so we would be comfortable. They sent a 14 seater vehicle. The luggage was piled up in the back every time he applied the brakes the luggage would fall forward. We had suitcases piled up all through the vehicle and the wheelchair only just fitted in. There was no air con it was melting in there.
It was unsafe. I tried to contact the company the number was unavailable. WhatsApp messages just kept saying that I booked a 22 seater and had been sent a 22 seater. It was frustrating I even sent a video of the vehicle. They told me to contact the live customer service and sent numerous links that did not work. We had to pile into the vehicle but it was very unsafe or we would have missed our flight. The traffic was bad it was the most awful experience. The driver did not speak a word of English and used his phone to translate which basically told me that I had to take it up with the agency he could not help. Not his fault he did his best and got us to the airport.
I have made an official complaint and I am waiting for a response.

Easy to book. Drivers contacted me via text/WhatsApp prior to pick ups. Cars were clean, drivers were friendly. Would use again for airport transport.

Communication was really good and meant we were able to meet up quickly with the driver and get on route. The booking and payment was easily done on line and they kept me updated with what was happening throughout. Would strongly recommend this company to be used if you need a taxi.

Easy and comfortable transfer.
The driver was there ready when we arrived and told us lots of information about the area during the drive. The car was comfortable and spacious.

Everything went to plan on both journeys, Alicante to Calpe and return. The vehicle was excellent and the driver too, very friendly and accommodating. He went out if his way to find us at the airport and couldn't have been more helpful on both journeys. Very satisfied with the service provided in every respect.

Would not recommend booking this company again.
Booking was made directly through there site and the time that was booked for pick up when we were leaving was 2 hours before our flight departed
I sent them a message on WhatsApp the day before to ask for an earlier pick up time which was over the 24hr period and I was ignored.
I rang the day of my pick up and was told there was no available drivers to pick me up any earlier so I ended up having to get a taxi and they won’t refund me.
We would have missed our flight as we were sat in traffic for 1 hr 30 minutes.
So disappointing from such a big company

There was a bit of misunderstanding regarding the arrival time although we sent the flight number and departure time . It was difficult to communicate by email . But in the end
We managed to telephone the company in UK and all cleared and well.
The driver was very polite and friendly .
I recommend the company and will use them again.

Booked the taxi on the website. It's very easy to book a transfer. Received a email that confirmed the réservation.The price is correct for a van for 6 persons. ( Attention , difficulties to pay with a tablet, forced to use a smartphone to validate The order).The morning, the driver called me before the transfer in order to check the details and meeting point.The driver was kind and helped with our lugage. His driving behaviour was good, fluid, soft and we appreciated.

Our private transfer from Agadir Airport to our hotel was excellent. The driver was punctual, friendly, and professional. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and the whole process was stress-free.

Thank you for making our arrival in Morocco so easy and comfortable. We highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Agadir, don't look further!

The driver who picked us up at the airport was impolite and unfriendly. He came late and did not hold a sign with our name. The car condition was terrible. The front windshield of the car was badly cracked and unsafe and the upholstery of the front seat was broken with pieces coming out. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning in the van was not working. It was 35 degrees celsius at the time of our airport pickup and we had to be in a car without AC the entire 45 drive to our hotel. What made it even worse was that the van has no windows in the back which we could open so only the driver had ventilation but not the 5 passengers. I have complained to the company who issued me a symbolic partial €10 refund (not satisfactory from my perspective).

I booked this service on 8/1/2026 for September service in Seattle. Received immediate confirmation and my credit card was immediately charged. After a bit more research, mainly looking at 1 star reviews saying this company was a scam, and often didn’t show up, I decided to cancel and book with a more well known service. Most of reviews were not in the US anyway. I cancelled the reservations on 8/1/2026-same day. I received no email confirmation of cancellation, though did take screen shots of cancellation notification. The charges are still on my credit card as of 8/7/2026. I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company, so feel confident the charges will drop off. Don’t know who or where this company is located, but their offer of free cancellation is very shakey, which puts trust in the actual service very much in question

Easy booking process, large and comfortable vehicles, excellent time keeping… exactly what was needed

Just can't fault the service from Airport Taxi Transfers. Having ordered on-line and got confirmation the driver Maria was waiting outside arrivals and we set off within minutes. Departure from Parga was just as good with the driver at out hotel just before the due time and dropped us at Departures in good time. Great drivers, very friendly, super modern comfortable cars.

Highly recommend this transfer company. Communication was brilliant throughout our delay and so easy to book. Will def use again
