I want a refund, as your company caused me completely unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I booked a taxi for 9:30am because I had a flight to catch. The taxi did not arrive until 10:00am — 30 minutes late — and, to make matters worse, it was the wrong vehicle. I specifically booked an estate car, but the vehicle that arrived was far too small for what I had booked. The driver refused to take me. You even spoke with the driver that didn't even know who you're.

You then had to send another vehicle, which finally arrived at approximately 10:10am. That means I was left waiting around 40 minutes after my booked collection time, despite making the booking four days in advance.

I also spoke to the second driver and asked how he had received the job. He told me that he does not work for your company and only receives jobs through Uber and Bolt. If that is the case, I could have simply booked an Uber or Bolt myself rather than booking and paying your company in advance. So they book your cab through Uber & Bolt.

When the first driver eventually arrived, he also told me that he had only received the job five minutes earlier, despite my booking having been made four days in advance. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about how my booking was handled.

Having a taxi arrive 40 minutes late, in the wrong vehicle, when I was trying to get to the airport for a flight caused me an enormous amount of unnecessary stress. This was not the service I paid for or the service I was promised.

I have also tried to contact you about this and have been ignored, which is completely unacceptable.

I am therefore requesting a refund of my booking. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be taking the matter up with my credit card provider and disputing the transaction.

I will never use your company again. The entire experience was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable. I expect you to take responsibility for what happened and refund my money.

Excellent airport transfer! The driver was very friendly and professional, and he drove extremely well and very safely, which made the journey really comfortable. The car was spotless and very clean. The price was excellent too, especially for such a great service. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again!

I made the booking on line and pre-paid for the journey. The driver was there on time and stayed in contact with me by WhatsApp as our flight was slightly delayed. The driver dropped us at our hotel and was quite pleasant. No complaints and I would use this service again.

Do not book with this company! I booked a return trip to collect my family from the airport in Spain and take them to their hotel. My wife had our baby with her and a lot of luggage. We had booked a child seat for the Taxi in advance. Everything was confirmed via email and we had prepaid for the booking and they sent us an “emergency contact number”. When my wife arrived at the airport in Spain, there was nobody there to collect her and the emergency number was useless. She called it over nine times and nobody answered. There was no customer services number to ring and when we emailed in with a formal complaint, we were told that our complaint would be responded to in two weeks! We launched a dispute with our credit card company and now airporttaxitransfers is angry that we’ve disputed the transaction, even though the driver failed to turn up and we’ve been given no explanation as to why. Their communications Via email have been absolutely useless and they’ve taken no responsibility for what happened. Their justification is, “we only take the booking, we don’t guarantee the service” which is laughable. If you want to be let down with your booking, then use this company. I would give it a 0 out of 5 if I could. RUBBISH FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Fast reliable and even returned something I’d left behind in the taxi on the way to my hotel when they picked me up for my return journey, brilliant service both drivers very helpful

Very professional driver, arrived 5 minutes early and helped us setting up the car seats for the kids. The ride was smooth all the way to the airport, he then helped us unloading our luggages and said goodbye.
