Just used Airport shuttles for first time to and from Heathrow. Excellent service and very easy communication with drivers. And as they track flights no problem with my return flight being delayed 6 hours.

I used Airport Shuttles for a journey to LHR with my three kids. The driver was on time, polite and professional. The MPV was impressive.
I have already booked my return journey.
I'll be using them for all my airport transfers from now on.
And lovely that they are a company local to Guildford (though clearly work across a wide area)

Driver arrived promptly at 5am for our journey to Heathrow. Smart, courteous, comfortable car - excellent. Would definitely use again.

As I'm writing about my recent experience, I have to give 5 stars as the drivers, out to Heathrow and back, were very professional, very prompt and the cars were very good. The last car was a Mercedes AMG. The company is now my goto choice for airport taxis.

However, it wasn't the best experience last time in May 2022. Our journey out to the airport was excellent and we had a big van as there were 3 of us with 6 x suitcases at 32kgs each. All sorted perfectly.

Coming back, though, our plane was about an hour late and we also had to wait for our cases. The driver insisted that we came to find him (not the other way round). He directed us to a spot outside of Terminal 3 which was physically impossible to reach with 6 x 32kgs suitcases on two trolleys, because of high kerbs. We had to take an enormous detour looking for places where the kerbs were lowered in order to manoeuvre our trolleys. Then we set off and he moaned constantly all the way back home that because of our late flight he had lost two other jobs.

On arrival at our home, he said "I want more money from you" to compensate for the missed jobs. We simply ignored him and went indoors, whereupon he realised he wasn't getting any more money and left.

That was a "one-off". All the other occasions have been handled very professionally

Our driver Ali met us at Heathrow terminal 5 meet and greet service and drove us home in an executive 5 series BMW which was a lovely new car and was very comfortable. We found Ali to be very courteous and his driving was very good and not rushed and we are happy that we chose this company for
another year

I received excellent service driving to and from Heathrow airport. I booked initially the wrong time (18.25 instead of 06.25) and when I realised I called the company who sent someone within 20'. I was certain I'd miss my flight and the driver did his best to get me there on time. Pick up service was excellent too with the option to meet outside (as it's quicker!) or meet and greet inside the airport. Clean cars, very reliable service. Highly recommend it.
