Wonderful
We had made a reservation 8 months in advance. They reached out to us to verify we were still on, which was quite nice. We arrived at the airport earlier than expected and our driver was already in contact with us to make sure we had picked up our luggage. The drive to our hotel was extremely comfortable and the driver even pointed out things along the way. He spoke English proficiently and handled all our heavy luggage. We are quite happy with the company and service. We have another transfer with them tomorrow and anticipate the same wonderful service.

An app only service which is easy to book, gives good rates and the service is great. We booked a Minivan from them for our travel from Luxembourg to Paris and the ride was smooth. The driver came on time, understood English, and the car was clean. I recommend checking the rates on their app for any internal or city to city travel in Europe and book a taxi.

Samuel are driver was excellent. He waited for us while we tracked him down at the station and was very polite when we met him.

There's no dollar sign on a peace of mind
I've been to Brussels several times. However, this was my first time going there with my wife and one year old daughter. We ended up having a LOT of luggage. While I normally take public transportation, I needed to find a way to/from the hotel that would have a car seat for my baby and be able to transport all our luggage. Airport Driver did the job perfectly! We scheduled it the day before and they were very communicative and flexible. We were so impressed by them on our way there that we booked them to transport us from the hotel back to the airport after our vacation was done. The hotel offered us some other options, but we wanted to go with a company that we felt confident in and safe. Having that peace of mind was invaluable! The drivers were both very helpful and drove safely. They handled our luggage as if it was their own. Highly recommended!!!

App isn’t very cool or up to date, but service was very good. Driver was on time for our trips to the airport and back.
Driver contacts you via sms or whatsapp to let you know that he is waiting for you at the airport.

Prenotazione facile e il costo si può vedere in fase di prenotazione. Ho deciso di pagare alla fine del servizio, in contanti, ma avrei potuto pagare subito con carta di credito. E' arrivata subito conferma con mail e con whatsapp e poi ulteriore mail con nome e telefono dell'autista, tipo di veicolo e targa. L'autista è stato puntualissimo. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Lo consiglio.
Easy booking and the cost can be seen when booking. I decided to pay at the end of the service, in cash, but I could have paid immediately by credit card. Confirmation arrived immediately by email and WhatsApp and then a further email with the driver's name and telephone number, type of vehicle and license plate. The driver was very punctual. I had a very good time. I advise.

Transport Charleroi to Bruxelles
Transport to/from Charleroi Airport to Brussels. Easy booking through website/app, very punctual (even early morning), pleasant drivers and comfortable vans. Easy communication with the driver through app/whatsapp. Fixed price only makes it easier, and only marginally more expensive than the bus if you are a group.
