Jetstar is terrible company flight with. We were flying from Denpasar, Bali to Melbourn, Australia. We checked in on time, the boarding pass was stating that our gate is #8. NOBODY, told us about posibilty of the change of the gate. We went to restaurant and right before the boarding started we were heading to the gate. Meanwhile, at 22;50 I am receiving text from the airline that our gate changed to different gate. Needless to say, we rushed to the different gate but the boarding was already finished, We came 20 min before the flight, but they did not let us to check in. Boarding to the flight on 23:30pm was finished on 23;10 pm.Taking into consideration that notification on my phone came 20 min before the gate was closed, they did not let us on the flight. No a single appologies, no help with the lodging or rebooking, Awefull service on the JETSTAR. Agents are helpless and rude. I tried contact to Airpaz or Jetstar requestin refund...No result! Will be conplaining to Head of the company Jetstar and Airpaz. Do not recommend.
A reminder to those who have not been victimized, please do not use Airpaz to make any travel reservations, you may encounter the same problem as me
The airline cancelled the flight and refunded Airpaz but I still haven't received the full refund. Airpaz will use various reasons to delay the refund or even not refund you.

Very inconsistent information. On my tickets, on the receipt, they said those are refundable but something happened so I need to change the plan. They are so inconsistent and they take a lot of my time. Until now my problem with them is not solved. Worst!
Due to a bereavement I had to cancel a trip from Brunei to KL.
Apart from being cut off when talking to the customer services, writing an email explaining why and giving them a copy of the death certificate, the automated response of rejected, really shows how little they respect their customers. As a regular customer with them, they can count me and anyone else I talk to as some company to avoid. Well done AirPaz you have shown your true colours.

Airpaz cancels flights, rescheduled flights without giving you any options to choose another flight so the only option you have is to cancel, hopefully get a refund, and book another flight with another company. I had one flight rescheduled and had to cancel then get another flight. My refund is not going through 🤞.
I booked another couple of flights but one was rescheduled 2 hours earlier which meant that I would arrive too late to catch the flight. I tried to reschedule - no luck - then a refund because of it - refused. Told to try voluntary refund and again refused DESPITE having a refundable ticket?!
And now trying to send emails to get it sorted 😕 next the c/c company.

made a terrible mistake by booking on Airpaz. They make things very difficult. The airline cancelled flight and airline confirms the ticket is refundable.
1. Airpaz asks me to get a written confirmation from the airline. Shouldn't this be done by them ? Anyway, i had to do it & manage to get the letter from airline.
2. They made us submit & re-submit the refund on the website, which we did.
3. We are then asked to approve the request refund, which states that the refund of AirPaz E-Voucher. We cannot agree to this. While trying to clarify with Airpaz that we do not want E-voucher, we receive a notification that the refund request is cancelled because no response within 24 hrs.
4. I called again to tell them we don't want any e-voucher. They claim that the e-voucher can be refunded & we need to RE-SUBMIT the refund request with all relevant documents.
5. They make it soooo difficult to request a valid refund, even if the airline confirms the eligibility for refund.
6. The latest info now, they claim that we have to accept their Airpaz E-voucher and cannot be convert to cash refund to credit card because the transaction is more than 180 days. They claim it's the credit card's restriction. This is simply ridiculous !
6. When you call them, the phone line will get cut in the midst of conversation. So you keep having to call & relating the situation again & again !!

I am currently seeking compensation through my bank for money paid and no service provided. AIRSCAM continue to ignore my polite requests for refund and continue to rip travellers off when they make a booking.

Booked a flight and paid a high credit card transaction fee. Then got an email that the flight was cancelled by the airline. No flight rebooked. Tried to request for refund, but customer service just kept saying it would take 12-16 business days and waiting for airline’s response. That was months ago. Tried disputing with the credit card company and they just responded that they are waiting for the airline’s response.
Don’t know how I ended up buying a flight from Airpaz, thought I was on the airline’s page. A Domestic flight that started at $136 had a $39 service charge, what a rip off!!

I had a terrible experience with Airpaz, and I strongly advise against booking anything through them. I purchased a flight over a year ago, but the airline canceled the flight. Instead of issuing the full refund I was legally entitled to, Airpaz only gave me a voucher worth HALF the ticket price. Now that the voucher is about to expire, I reached out to them again, only to be met with more refusals and excuses.
They blame a so-called "180-day banking policy" for not refunding me, yet this is not a legal restriction—it's just their way of avoiding responsibility. They refuse to extend my voucher even though they already took my money without providing the service I paid for. Their customer service is completely useless, just copy-pasting generic responses without actually helping.
This company is engaging in shady business practices and violates U.S. consumer protection laws. If you value your money and don’t want to deal with frustrating, dishonest policies, DO NOT book with Airpaz! I will be filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation and other consumer protection agencies. Stay away from this scam!
Total scam!!! I paid for $1634 for 5 persons, flight was supposed to be from kuala lumpur to bangkok and bangkok to kuala lumpur. When i received the receipt it was the opposite. I tried to contact them within 2hrs but they stated that they won’t change the flight or even refund. They can’t find a solution since you paid for it. As return flight is refundable, i am stil chasing to have my refund. This kind of company should be banned.
