Waited 3 weeks for my order heard nothing apart from 3 requests from Trustpilot seeking feedback. Well, here it is. I first contacted Airofin through their Message icon a wee while ago and heard nothing. Today I sent an enquiry through their online form and a short time later I received a refund through Shop Pay. No contact, response, explanation or apology from Airofin. PLEASE NOTE I've just checked Airofin on Companies House webpage. Interesting information there you may want to consider before purchasing from this company.
