I contacted vueling airline for a refund spoken to 3 different customer advisors no sense from one of them emailed them no reply they are not interested what a rubbish firm

Flight booking
Booked a Emirates flight , with all the sweet caress about change date and so on.
Unfortunately have to change my return date , but impossible to change , no seat available for 6-7 days.
Funny , because if you buy new ticket , no problem on the date i want.
Never fly again with this airline , dont know what is customer care , forget.
Ver , very unfair and poor experience , worse one after 20 year travelling.

Persistence and patience lead to justice
It took a some time to get there, but 2 years and 3 months after I first wrote AR, I received the claim on my bankaccount. Olaf and Cecilia, and their team of Airine-Refund didn't let go of my EU rights , were patient and persistent, and overwon the airline's attempts not to pay their debts. Well done. My sincere thanks.
