I had a really positive experience with Airless Pro. Jay was very knowledgeable about airless spray equipment and took the time to give helpful advice rather than just trying to sell the most expensive option.
Ordering was straightforward and delivery was fast, which is important when you’re in the middle of a job and need parts quickly. The quality of the products and equipment is excellent and everything arrived exactly as expected.
It’s clear they have a lot of experience in the painting and decorating industry, and their support makes a big difference when choosing the right sprayer or accessories.
Overall, a reliable company with great customer service. I would definitely recommend Airless Pro to decorators and contractors looking for quality airless spraying equipment,

You asked me to come out and collect your machine which I was willing to do free of charge.
Before you would even let me speak you insisted on telling me how to do my job and how it shouldn't cost much to fix the machine.
I never said the machine wasn't new, I explained, after you said you 'didn't want to spend much money on it' that the machine is in poor condition and will likely cost a fair amount to bring back up to standard. You didn't like this hard truth and so tried to tell me what I was going to do for you.
I was there to help you and being 100% honest in advance regarding the possible costs. If you had let me speak, and not had such an awful attitude to begin with, I could have helped you out with the machine like I have for hundreds of other happy customers.
I left as it was very clear that you wanted to dictate what I would and wouldn't be doing as part of my job and you clearly thought you knew better. I politely said I would leave you to arrange the repair.
Please don't tell lies via a review as it is majorly hurtful to small business' like ours.

Superb service

I honestly can't recommend this company high enough.
The first time I used airless pro I spoke with Jason who was brilliant, he sorted my issue out where another company couldn't or more to the point couldn't be bothered to. And I should iff left a great review back then for Jason. So thank you Jason
This time I wasn't sure which sprayer I should buy but I had two in mind.
This time I chatted with Phi and he was amazing, he went above and beyond in not only answering my questions but also explaining so much about both machines/brands that i knew for sure the one I wanted.
The great thing about phil is he didnt try to sell me the more expensive sprayer out of the two, in fact he didnt try to sell me either as such, he simply gave me all the knowledge and expert advice on both.
Phil clearly knows his stuff and is his customer service is 2nd to none.
Phil not only went out of his way in the amount of time he spent talking to me but he also sent me a detailed email explaining all about running the sprayer from a mains/generator/transformer and the proper way to connect it with either so as to protect my spayer properly.
Phil simply gives you the best honest expert advice so you can choose what is best for you.
I say honest because he didnt try to sway me into buying the more expensive out of the two at all.
Airlesspro will now always be my go to.

So fast and efficient.
needed a replacement pump for Greco Ultra to continue an ongoing job. Found their site, checked with Jason it was the correct pump. No internet on site so ordered and paid over the phone at 10.30am Tuesday. Pump arrived at 10.20 am Wednesday!
Brilliant service, Jason 100% helpful on the phone and delivery way earlier than expected. Thank you so much.
