Why do you not respond on a claim regarding delayed luggage? I have filled out the claims report accordingly several months ago and called you as well multiple times without any help. Do you think this is reasonable service handling?

We are reaching out to you because of a recent data breach involving your personal data. Specifically, a fraudster gained limited access to a third-party system that is used by Air France.
However, we have confirmed that some of your personal data were exposed by this breach. These relate to your earlier contact with our customer service and may include:
- Your first name
- Your contact details
- Your Flying Blue number and tier level
- The subject line of service request emails

Air France canceled our flights and offered an alternative route that didn’t work for us due to other travel plans. We have requested a full refund through Travellink, who claim to have informed Air France, but we haven’t received any feedback at all. We have written and called several times, and nothing is happening! It’s been over 3 months, and it is completely unacceptable. Neither Air France nor Travellink has responded to anything!!!
They have 0% customer service, it's actually scary how little they care about their customers.
We flew to Paris, due to over 1 hour delay on their first flight, we didn't make the transfer.
Next flight, 6 hours later, no apology, no compensation.
Unbelievable that such bad customer service is possible.
