Compensation is not guaranteed. Airdelay works on a no-win, no-fee basis. There is no upfront payment for submitting a claim. If compensation is successfully recovered, Airdelay charges a 25% success fee from the recovered compensation. If no compensation is obtained, that success fee is not charged.
