I have had issues with their customer service. I paid extra for express delivery but my spare didn’t arrive for 53 hours. I didn’t find this acceptable, and actually falls in their standard (free) 2-4 days. They have replied to me that 3-5 days is still express delivery - I live in London, not the Highlands and Islands. Disappointing service from what I considered to be a reputable company!!

The owner of the company phoned and apologised for the poor customer service and will refund me. I think the customer service must be outsourced . Pretty decent of the owner

We have had an aircraft power glide since 2020 and its used 3-4 times a week in a large area. We have been v happy with it. I have bought new pads over the years but it has been great and much easier and cleaner than a standard mop. It went wrong last week and I really wanted to leave a review to praise their excellent customer service. They were really friendly and v responsive to emails and after trying a few possibilities eventually sold me a replacement base at a discounted cost. It was 5 years out of warranty and I had just expected to have to replace the whole machine so was pleasantly surprised that you can purchase parts and impressed with the level of service provided.

I purchased a powerglide and a powerscrub, both are fantastic. I had some difficulty cleaning the natural slate floors because the surfaces aren't smooth but the very professional customer service team got everything sorted for me. Recommended!
Do not buy! Absolute garbage used once, came to use 6 months later battery dead/will not charge,scrap!

Fabulous customer service I needed a replacement battery but was unsure which one so I mailed customer service to ask but knew it was Saturday so thought I would hear from them through the week
Oh no Hollie got back to me that very day and requested for me to send a photograph of the battery I wanted to replace which I did and she got straight back to me with the product I needed and a link to the site to buy it from
Battery ordered and emailed to say thank you but I’m so super impressed hence this review
My air glide itself is a great product and brings my floors up wonderfully
We have a polished concrete floor, and the Aircraft Powerglide is the perfect tool for cleaning it. Using a natural cleaning solution the floors look great and are beautifully polished. The Powerglide is easy to use, flexible to get in corners and under shadow gaps and incredibly quiet. The only downside is the battery performance, which could be better.

Like many of us in the UK it has been difficult dealing with the changing climate, especially on the top floor of where we live in London...
We have been on the hunt for a decent fan (powerful, quiet) for a while. Having purchased a Devola fan (good but a bit small) and a Vortex Air fan (not powerful enough, and pretty noisy) I was really pleased to find that the Lume is several factors quieter and more powerful than the Vortex Air.
In fact the Lume is as powerful as the old school fan we had before that is giant and sounds like we have a light aircraft in the room taking off!
The Lume delivers what feels to be the same airflow and even at max setting 12 it isn't annoyingly loud, and at half speed (which is still a very pleasant breeze) it is inaudible to me.
Well done Aircraft.
Only comment I have is that the remote control is a bit cheap looking and coudl do with some kind of label so you know which device it relates to.

Excellent communication from CS, I was told from the outset that there would be a delay. I became a little concerned as the expected date did overrun slightly. I contacted CS and received an email the following day and now have the fan, exactly as described. Great company I would definitely recommend.
Our Aircraft Powerglide had an intermittent communication fault so sometimes it would switch on & sometimes it wouldn't.
Julie was great helping us to solve the problem which eventually required a new handle. Her remote diagnostics were very professional. She was always very responsive.
Although we had a problem, Aircraft were so helpful I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again thanks to Julie
I received the hair dryer last week. It’s amazing. I have arthritis in my hands so this hair dryer is so light I have no problem holding it. Really impressed 😊
This product is overall good but if it falls over it’s game over. Only had it 6 months and it fell over and the baring snapped off and can’t be repaired. My advice is don’t under any circumstances let the handle fall because if it hits the floor the ball baring pops out it’s not repairable. Not good for a £200 mop.

I have spoken with Ali and Santa at Powerglide. They were both extremely helpful and followed up information with emails. As a result I have purchased battery, pads and charger for older model and buying two new Powerglide machines for my daughter and a charity for people with learning disabilities. Really loving the ease of using this machine, keeps my LVT and tiled floors gleaming effortlessly.
Managed to snap the handle from the body (Totally my fault, spoke to the customer service team who arranged a repair return within minutes, sending the shipping label to make the process easy. Oh how I wish every company offered this excellent level of service.

We have a Powerglide floor buffer and the ball joint broke after the machine was dropped.
It was over 2 years old so not still under guarantee, which is completely understandable.
The replacement part for £10 and fitted in under 30 minutes.
Have to commend the after sales team for outstanding responses.
I originally reported the issue on a Sunday afternoon and had a reply within a few hours, and the part needed identified the next day.
I had an issue while purchasing the part because Paypal passed them an old address. This was corrected by email within the hour.
I email again on a Saturday with a question about fitting the part and got a reply well within the hour.
My machine is under warranty and I had an issue with a broken balljoint. Emailed the company after hours but still receive a reply within half an hour. Replacement part received within 3 days. This company’s after sales service is absolutely brilliant. Added to the fact I love the product I am one very happy customer.
Fantastic after sales service, which I find is so rare these days. Erica patiently took me through all the issues that might be causing a problem with my airglide - light coming on on the base unit but not working. She waited while I tested everything out. I was prepared to buy a new part ( machine is out of warranty) but we found it was an issue with the batteries in the handle. I would definitely buy from this company again and recommend to others.
