⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing installation and, even more so, customer service afterwards
My experience with AircoProfs has been extremely disappointing, particularly because of the way my complaint has been handled after the installation.
Jeffry was the person who sold me the air-conditioning system and was directly involved from the beginning. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the condensate drainage: the drain pipes were left too short, with the water discharging directly behind/near the wooden façade of my house. I raised this issue because of the obvious concern about moisture and potential damage to the wooden façade.
AircoProfs eventually came to address the problem, but the solution was still not properly executed.
What I find particularly frustrating is what has happened since then.
The management is fully aware of the situation and knows the history of the case. Yet, despite this, I have now been waiting for approximately two weeks while repeatedly being told that it will be handled “tomorrow” or “soon”.
Nothing happens.
I genuinely do not understand why, when management is aware of the situation, no effective action is being taken to finally resolve a problem that arose from the installation.
I am not expecting special treatment. I am expecting basic professionalism: take responsibility, communicate clearly, keep your promises and treat a paying customer with respect.
Mistakes can happen in any company. What matters is how the company deals with them afterwards. In my case, the repeated delays and lack of effective follow-up have been far more disappointing than the original technical problem itself.
I should not have to repeatedly chase the company for weeks to get an installation issue properly resolved.
I am sharing this review because potential customers should be aware that the quality of after-sales service is just as important as the installation itself.
I sincerely hope AircoProfs’ management takes this seriously and finally resolves the matter properly.
