No flight booked. No refund. Money gone -£614!

I thought that I booked a flight on 8th June 2026 to Los Angeles. I paid £614. I haven't received a flight reference.I haven't received a ticket.

I've been phoning 02039514249 constantly since 8th June 2026 and no-one calls back. Everytime I call I get told someone will call back. They never do!
Don't 'touch with a bargepole' as we say in England.
I would be happy to speak to the company but they won't talk to me!
