I've never received my backpack. I've received four rubber buttons! I've emailed them but none has replied. They are a scam!!!

Warning, SCAM website
Please be aware that Airbackeur is a scam website and is a clone of the genuine Airback website. It looks identical but it is a complete fake. We ordered a bag but just received a small light bag of 4 rubber grommets. I believe they send these as it is the lightest cheapest way to send a tracked package. Once it is delivered, it enables them to leave fake positive reviews as if it was a verified purchase. Sometimes referred to as a brushing scam.

I placed an order for 2 back packs, and received some rubber grommets.
Contacted them and the email bounced back.
This is a fraudulent website, imitating the original company.

I received 4 small yellow grommets.
I tried on many occasions to contact them but was never successful.
I lost £26 but have learned a valuable lesson.
