I had a problem with the delivery of what I ordered, really because of the transport company that returned it, but Airback quickly sent me the order again, before the returned one reached them. Their products are wonderful and the customer service is exceptional. I totally recommend it.

The product quality and design went over my expectations! It also comes with great capacity and soooo many pockets and compartments!

Traveling with this backpack will definitely be a big improvement as I will be able to fit in way more things than before, without having to worry about all those low cost companies checking the bag size, what a relief!

The deflatable compartment presents very high quality and it’s so easy to use, especially thanks to the pump it came with it, which is so small, lightweight and can be used for inflating/deflating anything else you need to during your travels.

Overall I’m very happy with this product as its great quality, functionality and design totally justify the price!

This is the second Airback bag I have purchased and, like the first, the quality is excellent. Unfortunately this one was meant as a gift and, upon opening the packaging, we noticed a defect in the vacuum zipper. I contacted customer service attaching the invoice and a video of the issue, and the response was quick and very kind: a replacement was arranged without any hassle. You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended!

My bag arrived in a slightly damaged box- not a problem I thought until after opening it and realising air pump missing. Contacted air back customer service by email- same day reply and same day order for new air pump at no cost to me plus a voucher. Great service. As for the bag, just what I needed, small to fit under my seat, great quality and compartments. I love that it’s wheels or backpack- this was one of the main reasons for buying

I hadn't bought anything but I had some queries about the product and if it came with the vac pump. When I asked the question I didnt expect such a quick reply and not one that went out their way to give extra examples however Karen was great and answered my question quickly. Had a issue with my pump that just stopped working, Gabrielle emailed me back on the same day and asked me to try some things which didn’t make any difference so I emailed him again today and he came back and sorted me out. 10 out 10 for his customer service

This company is amazing! Not only did I get a free gift with my order but the backpack is just what I wanted. It is rainproof, the compression works amazingly and the arm straps are extremely comfortable. I used it all over Spain and Portugal and the available compartments made it a joy. They even helped me replace a piece that I left on an airplane. Customer service was helpful beyond belief and quickly helped me with fast replies. Cannot recommend this company enough.

So disappointed. Did absolutely nothing! 6 minutes in of using the pump on both bags, and nothing, absolutely nothing. Not an ounce of deflation. The pump made plenty of noise, the zip sealed well but nothing.
So excited by the product idea, given the design awards, was happy to pay the premium for the “original”, some great reviews but it least completely useless.
Perhaps it’s a quality control issue, because others have found them to be useless too. Sadly, definitely a refund.

I placed my order with Airback on Monday April 20th and received my package before the end of the week! Mind you, this is after needing to make adjustments to the order that I had placed.

Customer Service was absolutely exceptional. I made a mistake on my order and needed to get the full order refunded AND resubmitted. The process was absolutely seamless.

The young woman who helped me, was stellar in every way. She provided a white-glove experience, which I believe reflects the culture of The Company.

I've been following Airback since their days on "Kickstarter" and am incredibly happy after receiving my pieces just the other day.

Backpack is quite bigger and heavier than expected, but really comfortable on the shoulders (coming from Tropicfeel Hive). Also compartments are smartly designed, without too many or too little. Recommended

I've seen the product for awhile and was unsure whether the product was good quality or not so I did some research and checked out a few different products to compare the price, quality and reviews.

I chose Airback because it just felt right. I chose a few products I was interested in and bom. Products bought!

I ordered the product on the 15th of April, received on the 20th of April. So quick and easy delivery time. The packageing was neat and well preserved. The backpack was in good condition and nothing seemed to be ruined or wrong.

I would say that I can stand by the product and brand.
