I paid to park at 1799 SE 17th Street Ft Lauderdale Pirt Everglades Parking. When I want to park there, I found out from the Fort Lauderdale police department that there is no such address for parking. I paid $89.20 And will be requesting a refund

They were supposed to send us a shuttle…
They were supposed to send us a shuttle for pickup from the airport but they would not answer their phones. Ultimately we had to take a Lyft to get to the hotel. Will never use them again.

You have to get ticket upon arrival, check car in ( know liscence number). Park at own risk.

Attendant was rude and immediately spoke over us because we were surprised it was a chicken restaurant. Van was without step access. Same attendant picked us up was rude and threatened another customer in front of his family.
will never use this again.

Best Crew Ever
Everyone was so courteous and accommodating which made the trip even more pleasant. My family and I were amazed at their patience with the unruly customers that they experienced on the return trip. A lot of people were on edge because of the aftermath of the storm but the employees never lost patience and showed even more kindness. Our trip was 9/21-28/2024

Unfortunately your reservation did not qualify for reimbursement per our cancellation policy because you reached out to us after your reservation had already ended. If the airline itself cancelled your flight then we would be more than happy to refund you however we would need a copy of the flight cancellation notice.

I will not recommend this place moving forward. We Travel every year with a large group and for years we used this parking. The way the owner of this company treated us this year was horrible. We are a group of 42, and they lost loyal clients after this year experience.
