The connectivity is unreliable. Lost service for several hours each day over several days in Copenhagen. Now a similar unreliable service in London. Other reviews mention the intermittent service and I thought it would not happen to me. My mistake.

It’s been 1 week since installation
It’s been 1 week since installation, several chat sessions, and I’m still not connected. Chat support is usually unavailable. When support is resumed, the same screen shots are requested. No resolution!
