See how it all works and how you have to put it all together it amazing what all you can do but it all about prompt and put them in so it understands what you want. I think that is what keeps most people from wanting to use it they are not use to tell the software what that wan and putting it in words that the robot understands what we are saying it is still a little overwhelming.

This is my final email to Ai Pro University on 1/7/2026, to which I have not yet received an on-point response.

I purchased from Ai Pro University and authorized a charge of $98.99. However, AiPU made two "unauthorized" charges of $97.98 each on 11.04.25 and 12.04.25.

I wrote to AiPU on 12.08. On 12.12, I received one $97.98 refund, but not the second one.

I wrote, again, to AiPU and Elizabeth Taylor responded by offering me an upgrade. I rejected the upgrade because I want to made whole for the unauthorized taking of my funds by AiPU.

You took money from me without authorization. Why are you refusing to do what is right?

The unauthorized charges were $97.97, not $97.98 as I previously stated.

After I posted the review above, AiPU wrote to me offering to refund $97.97 and provide lifetime access with no future billing if I "updated or removed" my Trustpilot review.” I declined to accept these conditions.

After 50 days of several email exchanges, on 01.26.26, I notified my bank’s fraud department of my experience and informed AiPU that I had done so. On 1.29.26, AiPU informed me that AiPU “has already issued me a refund of $97.97, which will be back in my bank account in no time.“ As of today, 5 days later, I have not received the refund.

In my opinion, a company should not charge a customer’s credit card without authorization, and if such charges occur, any refunds should be issued promptly, without hesitation or conditions.

Good to hearing from the School and your support to make others succeed in their chosen carriers.
Anyway, I'm yet to understand how to navigate your offer. Secondly, I want to know if this is for free, or what's the tuition like.

Telling ai to generate what i want such like brand and other stuff

I apparently signed up for their services for $49.99 on August 2 yet don't recall be notified of monthly recurring charges of $97.97 since August 11th. I didn't notice the charges until November and I emailed them asking for a cancellation and a full refund. They emailed me back the next day attempting to sell me again on their services. I immediately emailed back requesting to cancel and asking for a full refund. I didn't hear anything back, but noticed on Dec 10th another charge of $97.97 on my account. I sent another email on December 11th and came to Trustpilot immediately to leave a review. Do not trust this scamming company that has taken 6 charges from my account and refuses to cancel or refund my money.

UPDATE: I now want to amend my review to include that I heard back from AI University and they have told me that they will refund my entire payment of $489.35 AFTER I delete this review. So, instead of doing the right thing and refunding my money, apparently I'll only receive a refund if I delete any information that is honest regarding how they've treated me.

That's the type of business this is...BEWARE!!!!!

I think I love the course, it's very straightforward and comprehensive. The courses are great also very good for starting my ai journey. I think this course would help me build a good foundation in ai and have grounded knowledge.
I'm giving 4 stars because I've not navigated the whole platform but the many ones I've seen are great.

aiprofessionalsuniversity.com is what any AI student at any level needs to become proficient. They guide you at different stages of the course to produce the best. You can't be the same novice AI person at the end of the course like when you started, the difference will be clear.

It could be upgraded to latest interface for ChatGPT but once I figured out where to go it was easy to follow the instructions.

I am video editor and teacher i use Ai for different good purpose. I am so comfortable with Ai.

I was impressed by the video created using A.I. I really want to learn and create videos like that.

The tutorials are great. I have been waiting for such lessons for a very long time, thank you. However I am unable to create my very first video because apparently Sora is not yet available in Zimbabwe :(
