Warning: Deceptive Charges, No Support – Avoid AI Pro Universityongly caution anyone…
I want to strongly caution anyone considering doing business with AI Pro University. I made what I believed was a one-time purchase for $49.99, but was then charged an unauthorized $97.97 without any disclosure or consent.
Initially, they were quick to respond when I had a login issue — but as soon as I asked for a refund and for the additional charge to be canceled, they went completely silent. Emails are now ignored, and their phone number hangs up immediately after dialing, making it impossible to reach a real person.
This is not a misunderstanding — it is a deliberate and unethical business practice. They use fast customer service to hook you in, then disappear once they have your money. The extra charge was never made clear, and their refusal to respond to refund requests is completely unacceptable.
Thankfully, Bank of America stepped in, refunded me the full amount, and helped me report this shady company. Huge shout-out to them for their quick and professional support.
AI Pro University is operating with deceptive billing tactics and zero accountability. This company is a scam and should be reported. If you've had a similar experience, I highly recommend filing complaints with your bank, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Do not give this company your trust, your time, or your money.

Total scam as evidenced by the first webpage that throws way too much information to this illegitimate course. Not only do they NOT fulfill the promise, once signed up they share more sales tactics to get you to “really” sign up for the stuff they promised originally. If you do that, there is another level of sales before giving anything.
Additionally, it’s not a 1 time payment, it’s a monthly subscription and they also randomly charge $97. That coupled with the fact once you have paid, customer service is all excuses, or disappears entirely.

Signed up for the basic course, since AI Pro University has repeatedly tried to charge my account for £72. Thankfully my bank blocked it each time.
Emailed them asking what the payment was for (I hadn’t purchased anything additional or subscribed to any service) and have received no response.

This company charged my account for $97.97 without my permission.
This company took $97.97 from my account without my permission. I immediately cancelled my account that day it was done before it even cleared my bank. I contacted the company immediately told them I want to be refunded. After paying for $49.99 plan only and going through check process I said NO to all other products. The fact that he is making excuses to keep my money, says that you CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I searched other reviews online and complaints in Reddit, TrustPilot and Facebook. The most complaints in Reddit, same situation, they all said this company continued to charge their card. He states the charges stop after you cancel. Which is not true, one of the complaints said even after showing snap shots of the cancellation he still continued to charge her card. To block further charges you need to block his company name at your bank and on your credit cards. I’m making it my mission to report this company everywhere they show reviews and reported to the Fraud to the Federal Government. If I’m able to put a picture of the complaints on Reddit I will do so. If not, Google “Ai Pro University” when you see Reddit reviews click on them. I will use pictures with my bank to show that this a common practice with Ai Pro University
Any time your card is charged you have the right within 3 days to cancel. He charged my card without permission. Any time you pay with your credit card, you shouldn’t have worry that you will continue to be charged. BEWARE of this company they will sneak behind your back and not even let you know they have charged your card. I never got a receipt showing my card was charged. I get alerts from my bank any time a charge is conducted. He responded and said there was a box that says you will be charged in 7 days $97.97. When I checked out I said NO to all other products. I printed all the paperwork when I paid for the $49.99 plan, there is nothing that says there is $97.97 will be charged after 7 days. Do NOT let this company get away with this. I’m not done with this company yet. He is now going under Sam Blake he’s the owner, and doing the same scam in Facebook. His reply below regarding not seeing $97 is because my bank got my money back. Using the same ploy $49 to get you in. He says I could be a competitor, trust me he’s lying. If he has changed his deceptive practices, check reviews first under his DBA and now under his name Sam Blake.

I signed up for AI Pro University because they advertised their program for just $1. Less than 24 hours later, they charged $97 to my bank account without any clear warning. When I reached out, they claimed it was a "trial period" — but seriously, who does a trial for just one day?!
After going back and forth through endless emails, they refused to give me a refund and only agreed to cancel my subscription. I thought that was the end of it, but to make things worse — today they charged me another $97! Even after cancellation!
This company is a complete scam. They make it impossible to get your money back, ignore your concerns, and continue charging you. Do not trust them, do not give them your card information, and do not fall for their $1 trap.

Bought a $1 item. A few days later was billed $99 for a product I did not order. Their reply? "It is in our terms and conditions that you agree to be billed for a recurring payment". 100% illegal to retain credit card details, 100% illegal to hide charges, 100% illegal to rebill without 1 click opt-out etc. All under Florida law.
