Training this week.
I have been on two courses this week first aid and manual handling. Both were delivered by Chris he makes the learning fun and is a fountain of knowledge. I learnt so much and refreshed my memory.

Which beforehand tbh, I had been nervous about but now I feel confident to act on, if the situation ever arises
