I ordered at the end of the year, was called - which is amazing in itself and told politely out of stock and not available until 6th Jan. This was great customer service.

Then a week later the product arrived and earlier than expected.

Where do I start? First you chase me for a payment that had already been made but not acknowledged by your accounts team, then when I chase you for where my delivery is I find out that you not only don't stock the item but you fail to order the item in until 20 days after receiving my payment.
