Quick delivery, you know where is your controler at any time.
It's delivered with various size of sticks so you can chose the one you prefer.
Customization is a big plus
DON'T BUY!!!! Controller arrived with defects and feels cheap like a wish.com product. The so called "customer service" is a joke. Won't do refunds or warranty and they are slow as shit to reply and almost smirky with their unwillingness to help. DON'T BUY!!!! premium product my ass

DO NOT BUY! Controller broke within 90 days of receiving (!!) insane for a “high end” product. The company won’t fully cover the repair costs.

Purchased 2 controllers, took almost 2 months from order to receipt due to "unexpected workload", but in reality it is down to poor planning and being under prepared as a company.
Both controllers had issues, 1 I'm working around because I don't want to go through the return for repair process but the other I had no choice, the active trigger switch broke (after 1 use of the switch) and less than 3 months having the controller.
I will say support were quick to get back to me and arrange a return for repair but again, due to their poor planning, I have been told l, after chasing them for a response once I knew they had received the controller, the repair process will take 30 working days due to the influx of new orders, which obviously takes priority over people who have already paid their money.
For the short time I had the "fully working" controller, I will say it is an improvement on the base PS5 controllers but based on the fact that one move of a moving part broke the controller, the time from order to receipt of controller and timeline for repair, I do not recommend this company, steer clear and save your sanity.

I am extremely unhappy and I wanted to have time to write this where it was a blur of cuss words. So let me take this back to the beginning. I ordered in April of this year. I didn't get it until June. I have never spent this much money on a controller ever. If they had a upgraded feature from a regular feature on a controller I got it. It was expensive. As it was getting close to the shipping date but my status was still in building phase. I emailed them and was told they had a delay in components shipment. I was understanding that it wasn't their fault. But felt someone should have emailed me. After I had ordered my controller with Hall effect TMR sticks were being advertised. So since I was waiting anyways I asked how much extra to upgrade from Hall effect to TMR. I was told I was getting them no extra charge. So eventually I get the controller and I extremely happy with it and about a month after I get it the smart bumper broke. It still worked but got caught up sometimes. So I tried to find out the process of getting it fixed. I knew on their discord they had a repair chat. Took three days before anyone replied with a link to a survey. I did the survey and got a email saying that I was in the window to getting it fixed. I asked how long does it takes I was told a month and a half. But I needed to ship it to them with in a week or my claim would be closed. Then I noticed that one of my thumb sticks rubber coating is peeling off. It's not even been six months. So if I send it off for a six week repair is it going to be just like the building and take double the time who knows. But for the price I paid disappointed doesn't cover what I feel

I just bought an xbox custom contoller from the booth at NYCC and i already love it. Its much smoother than the microsoft controller.
Absolutely loved the controller. Got a fully custom controller, and with TMR sticks took as long as they advertised on their website, no delays at all. Once the controller shipped I got it in within a week which is insane. The controller itself is really amazing quality, definitely my favorite controller out of all the one’s I own. Everything on it is satisfying to use, from the instant triggers, plus the TMR sticks are super precise when playing, to the digital buttons. Overall I’m very pleased with it.
Absolute crap.. bought one of their controllers, thinking it was solid. But back paddles easily broke after a month and a half. Tried to message them, if I can atleast get the replacement kit warranty, they saw my message and didn’t do anything about it. Even when I sent them a photo of the issue. 👎 ain’t buying from these guys again. The controller also had some loose parts inside. Absolutely low quality made. If I were y’all Invest on something more pricey but quality built like battlebeaver controllers, etc.

DO NOT USE
Purchased my controller and it came within a week (due to me spending £30 for speedy build and a hidden fee of £93 for import tax in the UK) the controller came faulty which I sent evidence to them within a few days so it got sent back. 2 weeks go by with radio silence, so I ask when it’ll get returned to me and customer service says in a week. So I asked if I could get the £30 fast build money refunded as I’ve not had the controller and felt ripped off. No can do. So I said well just keep the controller and refund the full thing then as this is taking the Micky. No can do because it’s not within the 14 days. I had the controller 3 days! I could tell you 100 different places you could get a MUCH better quality controller and service. Probably half the price aswell. The controller was heavy and the wiring in it could jingle. Absolutely garbage.

Waited two months for my new controller to be delivered. Once it finally did arrive I was very excited to try it out. However as soon as I opened the box I realized an immediate problem… they shipped my controller with the entire left analog stick missing. Not a different head or cover, COMPLETELY missing. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was so egregious I had to. I have bought many controllers from different places and this is by far the worst experience of them all. From the wait time to the inexcusable missing parts, this is a one star across the board and I do not recommend this company at all.

Order Number 234300
When they work these controllers are very good, but they don’t work quite a lot of the time, I sent mine back for a repair and it took about 6 weeks, when I sent it back for this repair the controller was 4 weeks old so I didn’t have to pay any more customs charges, it’s a shame because if this company had a better build quality and used better quality parts, which cost pennies extra, then this would be a much better product. If you going to buy one of these then you need to able to repair controllers or find a repair service on line. Since they repaired the controller it has worked fine but this was only 8 weeks ago.

I’ve had my controller for 4 months and have already broken 2 back bottom paddles. I use the controller maybe 8 hours a week as intended. Plastic paddles are thin and weak. They even charged me $10 for shipping because it fell outside of a 90 day window. The piece is maybe $.50. Horrible experience. Buy a Scuff controller. Their paddles look way more hardy.

Reply from AimControllers
Waited over a month for it to arrive just for the middle pad to be broken and the triggers be disfunctional. Please just buy from Scuf the little bit extra cost is worth having an actual working controller that doesn’t take a month to arrive. Garbage.

I’ll start by saying that I’m not one to leave reviews, even negative ones, but in this case, I feel obligated to do so. I believe that AimController is the WORST experience I’ve had online since I started shopping on the internet. Professionalism is less than zero. I ordered a controller in April, and it arrived after more than a month of waiting (they justify the delay with component shortages). Once it arrived, after about 20-25 days, the two rear triggers stopped working in short mode, so I started the repair process and sent the joystick back. Now it's the end of September, and the joystick has been in repair for over a month. I BOUGHT THE JOYSTICK 4 MONTHS AGO AND USED IT FOR 20 DAYS. INEXCUSABLE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT AMATEURS

The paddles keep on breaking. I had 6 sets of paddles and 3 controllers. The average lifespan of the controller is about 6 months. I had stick drift in all 3 controllers including the HAL controller. I’m out never buying again.

Buyer beware, they will take a month or longer to receive your controller. Ordered one on 8/11 still waiting for it and it is 9/19. Tried to cancel the order when they said last week it will be 2 to 3 more weeks. Asked to cancel the order and get a refund and was referred to their 24 hour cancelation policy. I guess I should have known better if they had a 24 hour cancelation policy since a company that cant really stand behind there product and services will have a policy like that. Got a GameSir controller which is just as good and less than half the price. Also came in 3 days...

Decieving production timeline compounded by half truths via email support. Refusal to refund. Took 27 BUSINESS days to be told ONLY after I had to ask there was suddenly a supply problem and the delivery date was extended another estimated 21 BUSINESS days. Immediately asked for a refund, the next day was notified my order was ready to ship, once again I asked for a refund. The following day I was told it was to late the order had shipped and if I wanted a refund I needed to refuse the delivery. I did that and it was reflected in UPS system, Aim then refused to refund until they received and verified. This was 100% Aim's fault. I asked for a refund before the product shipped AND never took possession of it. Luckily I had an extensive email trail that showed all the BS I went through with them, ultimately this whole ordeal lasted just shy of 90 days. I ended up having to go through my bank to get my money back via dispute. Aim controllers is crooked and deceitful, order at your own risk. P. S. I sent emails once a week or more trying to get an answer on how long it would be after the original production date passed only to be ignored by not answering the question but giving answers to string it out and delay as much as possible and claiming there was nothing they could do. I contacted UPS multiple times and found that there are simple ways the shipper (Aim) could have stopped and retrieved their property but they never did. Also the type of shipping used would not have allowed the package to be returned via my refusal to accept it, according to UPS it would sit in a warehouse for 14 days then be destroyed. I sent all this information to Aim and was ignored and told again they would not refund. They acted as if it was my responsibility to fix the situation they created. I believe this is routine for them after seeing many reviews of similar nature.

I had a terrible experience with the modded controller I purchased. The shell magnets broke and no longer hold the shell in place, leaving part of the controller exposed. I don’t even know how that happened. Additionally, the mouse-click trigger button randomly fell out while I was pressing the shoot button during a game of Marvel Rivals. I strongly advise against buying this controller; it's a complete waste of money. I really wish I had just gone with the PS5 DualSense Edge controller instead. On top of all this, don't expect to receive your controller anytime soon. The shipping took a long time, and there were no updates. I had to reach out to customer service just to get any information.

Hands down the best costum controller I've ever had!
Greatness takes time! They wrote me to let me know my controller was a bit delayed and Angelika was so nice to let me know they would ship it within a week. And 3 days later, it was on the way 💪
Great costumer service, thank you so much 👏
It arrived to my house a day later. I do not live in Poland, but still within Europe tho.
Everything from building to having it in my hands took 30 days. And it was 100% worth the wait!
Thank you Karoline for building this magnificent controller.
